Regarding to missing of my delivered product

I have ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro2 smartwatch with Order ID # 1200442 [protected] on 29/03/2022 and delivered on 01/04/2022 at 12 PM.
When I opened the package it was empty and the product is not there in the package. I am fully disappointed with Myntra's order and I want the product and if not possible then I want my money back.

Refund was rejected by Myntra

I ordered one footwear from Myntra and I received the same on 31st March and due to size issue I created return and next day delivery guy took the product without checking it on front o[censored]s but later I saw in myntra app product said 'Refund on hold' due to quality issue. I called him he said there was network but I will receive the refund and I also raised same thing to cc and too said they will file complain against delivery boy and also...

Refund not processed and not reflected in bank account

I have made the purchase of 3199 from myntra. The refund was initiated by myntra on 19th march. But it is still not reflected on my bank account. Acc to branch manager myntra has not credited the amount yet....

Refund initiated but not received to my account

Website: Myntra

As per Myntra, refund amount had been initiated on 18th, 19th and 20th March but I haven't received the amount yet.
They have provided me with the bank reference number but SBI is saying that reference number will not work and they need UTR number which Myntra is not providing. Refund is for around 23 products which amounts to around 25000 rupees.

I am a regular customer of Myntra with frequent purchases.My account got locked for reasons not known to me .When asked about it the Myntra customer support says that we cannot reveal the reasons .I have money in n my Myntra credit account which I have no access to .I want you to look into this matter and show some support....

Return of product rejected for wrong reason

I had ordered a kurta set from Myntra, which did not fit me and I returned it the very next day. the pick up boy took the piece after checking the tags. I got a message the next day that the pickup has been rejected due to missing tags.
I called up their customer care which promised to look in and resolve it. meanwhile, I called the pick up agent to check whether he has taken the tags back, which has has confirmed. but now the product...

Account deactivated: Unable to return/exchange products with poor quality/fit issues

My Myntra account has been deactivated. I’m unable to return/exchange any orders which I want to because of fitting/quality issues but I’ve been denied any access or cooperation in doing so. Rejected product return

Money deducted but order not confirmed.

I had placed order for few clothes which costed me around Rs 2, 300/- but the order isn’t confirmed, money is already deducted from my account.

I have tried calling customer support and they haven’t been of any use, everytime they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then they do not respond at all ....

This is my personal experience i placed an order on 15/03/2022 and product not delivered but in myntra account its showing deliverd.Frequently called to many support employees in myntra and explained them my concern, they will hold our call by saying we are discussing with higher manager 's .. after some time they will tell tey can't do anything for this.
