I returned two products and the delivery boy came to pick up one item and picked up other products in place of that product. Now, I am unable to return both items. Customer care tells me that they can't do anything with this...
I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price...
They expired my myntra credit when in fact they have no right over my money . My 449 rupees were expired without any reason that too when i used them within one month...
I received a gift card on my birthday on 19th April 2021. One of my friends gifted me the card of rs. 1100. Its expiry date was 18th April 2022. I thought o[censored]sing it later. so on the day, they sent me i.e. 19th April I received a mail about it which contained the gift card number and pin.

A wrong product was sent to me by Myntra and now the return is being denied.
I received the product on 8th April. There were 2 Blackberry Suits that were suppose to be delivered but I received only one and the other one was a Blackberry trouser.

I bought a pair of footwear from Myntra in march 2022. I used the footwear for less than 20 days and it's sole got broken from the bottom. I never expected such a cheap quality product from myntra.
