Money refund failure

Dear sir, i tried to make 3 transactons through paytm of 500/-, 2500/-, and 5400/- and i added these amounts from my bank account to my paytm wallet and above said transactions are kept failed from dt 24/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my bank account on the same day. Defective product

I(Saurabh sharma) purchased a Iphone 6s 32 GB from paytm and was delivered on 02/12/2016.

When i opened the package the mobile was defective as the Display was not working.

Since then i have filed numerous returns and gave them all the certificates they wanted for verification.
First of all paytm does not reply on customer care.

Cash transfer from paytm to bank is pending

Balance transfer bank to paytm

Amount not added in my Paytm Account though debited from my Bank

Hi Team,

I had added Rs 4000/- from my HDFC bank to Paytm on 30th Dec'16 at 2:56 PM. I got the msg frm bank that " OTP is XXXX for txn of INR 4000 at ONE97 CCOMMU-PAYTM on my card ending XXXX and after putting the OTP the amount was deducted from my bank but the same has not been added in my Paytm till to date.

Request you to look into this matter asap and get the money transferred to my Paytm or return to...

Money transfer in wrong account

Yesterday night i am sending 1300rs. money to a person but by mistake mobile no. is wrong filled by me and the Mobile no. of the person is switched off in this case i have written 3-4 email to paytm/care till now no reply should be done ...by paytm ... i never seen this worst type of facility

first things is that - No any direct call goes to customer care very Cheap service ever ..paytm have to provide Toll free customer care...

Give me my money back you theives

I tried to order from domino's made a highly stupid mistake by paying it form Paytm. Never got the pizza because order wasn't placed properly and I was debited with 463rs by Paytm.
They haven't responded properly again and again they're asking the same question.
And one great thing is both domino's and Paytm are so lazy they don't want to help. They make money by duping consumers like this.
Paytm is brainless company...

Amount debited without booking of railway tickets

Amount debited wrongly without booking 4 railway tickets. At night we were booking tickets from irctc at around 10:00 pm on 30/12/2016 and amount debited from my bank account was 13380 but tickets did not get booked. I am really disappointed by such a careless act of yours whereby the booking request was rejected by the bank yet the amount got debited. This is utterly unfair....

Money deduction from bank account

Dear sir/madam . I added 5000 rs on my paytm wallet on December 24 2016. And it was failed even then money was deducted from my account. And they said that they would refund the money back in 2 days but still I did not get it back . And now my bank says that they had deducted the money but paytm claims that they did not receive it . Money refunded from the dth operator(tata sky) but paytm digested the money without reverting back to my account.

Wrong tata sky id recharged on 25th Dec. @11.29am but upon request tata sky returned the money back @06.07pm on the same day. After a follow up they provided me the trans Id: tp... I don't have it with me now(I have noted it down in my shop) and I forwarded the details to paytm at for 5-6 times waiting for a response. But, they don't have any time to resolve the issue....

Failed transaction , Money debited and not refunded even after multiple requests

I was booking a Bus Ticket using Paytm on 14/12/2016. The total amount to be paid was INR. 2180 for the Order No.:[protected], i paid:
1. INR.1000 using my Paytm wallet.
2. INR.1180 using my bank account.
as soon as payment done using my Debit Card i received a message from my bank stating the INR 1180 was deducted and paid for "ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L" and with in few minutes Paytm notified about unsuccessful transaction...
