I travelled by Prasanna travels from Pune to Nagpur on 9th July, 2010. Booked the ticket through internet and got seat number C3. Upon boarding the bus, I found that the seat was allocated to another passenger alongwith me. Driver, cleaner and even front desk agent sitting in Prasanna Travel's office at Wakadewadi enorced that the berth is for 2 people. But by no means, two people can accommodate in that short...
I had booked 3 sleeper coach tickets from Amravati to Pune for 26th Jan 09 with Prasanna travels(Irwin office, Amravati).Seat numbers 17, 18 & 26. When we boarded the bus at 9 in the evening from Amravati, I found that on berth number 26, one side window was missing. On asking the driver about what is he going to do to fix it he said, we cannot help it...the wind shield broke and we cannot do anything, you have to sit there as it is....
