Bad services and rude staff

I was booked ticket of prasanna purple travel for pune to amravati joureny date 21/06/17. I have paid 2400/- for this trip for two seats. But i didnt get the services from bus staff as both tv sets are not working and staff behaviour is very bad and irresponsible. I didnt get the solution for problem which i m facing. Departure of nagpur nashik bus at shirdi prior to my boarding on 17.06.17

I had booked purple bus for travel from akola to nasik. Ticket no 16068 seat no 17 on 16june mob [protected]. The sleeper bus left akola about 11.45 pm. At shirdi @7.00am on 17 june (Today) the bus stopped at hotel. Shirdi passengers got down. After some time conducter announsed that passenger can get down as toilets are available. Rude behavior of staff

Hopeless service. Was waiting near a stop. Shop owner didn't ask the driver to stop. Simply waived the hand. When asked why didn't you stop the bus, he rudely replied, you didn't book the ticket from my office (Yogesh travels nanded). I travelled at my own expenses to the next stop. Provided minibus instead of volvo for travel

On may 21st, we were going to travel by volvo purple. And when we reached at our stop to catch the bus and purple have provided small mini bus though we have booked volvo. Really shame on purple bus group. This was the worst service provided by them. You are charging for volvo and providing such mini bus which are provided by our IT companies within pune with free of cost. Many ladies with their babies and some pregnant women were travelling...

Bus services

Hi, I am writing this regarding bus services. I was traveling from Nagpur to Pune by Prasanna purple Platinum on Sunday 14/05/2017 at 6.30 PM and they also charge a double fair than others like stallion, skyline etc. They didn't give any proper services just believe in charging big fare on customers. AC was not working properly, i was sleeping on last sit and it was boiling like anything and also there was some hot air coming from background....

Rude behaviour and rough language by bus conductor

While travelling on date 18 April from Pune to Chandrapur in Purple Grand the bus conductor don't have any manners how to talk to a passenger. As I was having my last seat i jst kept some of my luggage on the back seat due to which the conductor came to me and started miss behaving in the very rude and rough language. Delay in reaching pune from mumbai

Hi,

Date of the incident : 11 th april 12:30

Travel agency : prasanna purple.

We had told the bus will leave at 12:30 near the axis bank stop in borivali.
The bus came 1 hour late and after that it took 6 hours just to reach pune.

We reached at our destination around 7.

In 6 hours we can have a round trip journey from mumbai to pune and back.

Passenger list

Purple metrolink prepares a passenger list wherein passengers sitting from vashi, LP & further are not part of this list. These passrngers enjoy insurance. Also if any taxes or other responsibilities of purple mgmt would be taken for these listed passengers. In this case I would like to know whether the passenger's sitting in navi Mumbai are customers of driver and attendant? Why equal treatment is not offered....

Worst service

We check in at your bus at 4.30pm today from dadar to Swargate by 5.30 your driver is still saying we are leaving 18.18 and that bus is still there unfortunately we have to leave by shivneri as that rascal already wasted our time. If you are not able to give service stop giving ads or stop doing bookings. Your bus no.MH 14 BA 9213 or 9123 I don't remember the exact no. Heading to Pune from Mumbai dadar stops at dadar for 2 hours and on asking...

Bus left without pickup....

I always prefer Prasanna for its on time performance specially for morning buses so I choose to travel in morning by prassana. But today it was so painful to see your bus went ahead and before time without picking up passengers waiting at Hinjewadi Location the reason we got that Ur bus reached early than time. I was on location almost 15min prior boarding time.

Other time u do not wait even for 2min. Once there was incidence...

Hopeless Service

Unethical/ unprofessional behavior

30 Dec 2016, Asthavinayak tour booked online from Mumbai with pick up point as Nerul . Inspire of reminders in morning bus did not stop at pick up point, later they dropped with other bus till tour bus, Booking was taken for Volvo AC but actual bus was small & AC was not working. People were not receiving calls . When all passenger threaten to return then new small bus arranged . Same experience in return - tour guide left at Pune & drive...

Worst service, need refund

I had paid 15000 for four persons for Pune to Mahabaleshwar trip. The services provided by Prasanna travels was worst. The hotel was very cheap and situated far from Mahabaleshwar due to cost cutting. The food quality wasn't up to mark. Overall service was worst compare to money they took. So unprofessional and pathetic service

Booked online ticket reached on time at the pick point mentioned in mTicket. The bus time mentioned was 10:00 pm but They don't bother to mention the bus name n hight is they don't bother to call passenger or care to check weather passenger is waiting at given spot. The bus came 45 late I kept waiting n when I asked person there he shocked to hear bus is left a while ago. Disgusting...

Late pick up and taking the long route without acknowledging the customers

1stly pick up was 90mins late n it was just doing beginning d worst was yet to come as I reached my destination after 20 hrs.They tuk do long route which is not the route 4m pune to Nagpur.After paying 3000 hang such a experience where every1 are in hope to reach home on time for Diwali was more disappointing.

Making compulsion for passengers to go out of bus

Hi, this has been a really brutal way to treat passengers on part of prasanna purple. my dad left from pune to akola on 29 sept 2016, in prasanna purple plus, 9 pm sangamwadi.

First of all, although we had paid for purple plus, they said they were using purple grand instead! the tv did not start even though my dad asked the attendant thrice to start it. very pathetic service i must say!

Very unprofessional travel company

I booked a Shirdi to and fro trip yesterday night and the guy at Magarpatta asked to reach at Chandan nagar policenchowki in Pune for pickup at 7
He also said the bus details will be send before that

In the morning from 5 am i tried several numbers for bus detail .. No luck

Started early without having breakfast took an Uber
The Uber guy to my surprise said their is no policenchowki and pickup...

Missed bus

Very disappointed with prasanna travel and their services. I have booked ticket from chandrapur to pune dated 9.8.16 at 5pm. After calling and requested to wait for 2 min as i was on the way to reach by auto. Still they not waited and not even refunded of rs.2150/-. They just told me you have lost your amount and no help received from prasanna purple. They are cheating with customer. Need to take action against them....

Proper ticket not given

I was travel in your volvo dated 26 july 2016 i am pick bus from chandni chowk for mumbai.

The cash collector in the bus he ask mi for ticket charges rs 400, i gave him 400 after that i m asking him for ticket,

Then he said i will give u on next stop, i said ok.
When we reach at lonavala i m asking again for ticket then he gave me rushed used ticket there is no name no date no...
