COD remittance not received

Since 17th Nov I am trying to raise the issue and seeking resolution but Shiprocket has not been addressing the root cause .
I have submitted my bank account statement and also bank branch managers mail confirming of remittance ....

Only trash shipped in package, no product. Scam.

I ordered a suit from an online shiprocket seller, but when the package arrived, it was only trash in the package. This seems to be a scam. Since shiprocket has no customer complaint channel, I have no way to reach out to them. Please help me correct this scam....

About the Account Manager of ShipRocket

Hi Team,

on 14 sept i have started my men's grooming online business for which i used shiprocket as my aggregator, i thought it would help me to grow my business.
after few day they assigned me a person named Ashish ([protected]). I really don't how to use my word for this person.
He just ruined my business within in a month only.
Whenever i need his help he just gave me attitude that i am an account manager...

Order was not delivered

I ordered my order on 17 october and they said me it was arrived on 4'5 days... now it been 12 days but order was not delivered..And jo tracking link mujhe mili h usme 23 oct ki delivery expected thi jo nikl gyi h or abhi bhi vhi date bta rha h... and mera order bhopal me deliver hona tha...but aj tracking link me order dispatched show ho rha bhopal to indore...

Product not delivered even though it's out for delivery

My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery. Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery. On afternoon, suddenly, I'll receive the OTP in my phone. After few minutes, I'll receive another message that my package is undelivered. The delivery boy doesn't made any attempt to deliver my package and he doesn't pick my phone call also. Have written an email to customer care. But no response...

Fraudsters - Shiprocket & Businesses That Employ Shiprocket

I am expecting a delivery from Ntikatores (seller on Etsy India) and going by my horrific experience with Shiprocket, I know that the order won’t be delivered. Anyway, I attach the screen captures of SMS from Shiprocket. I just want you to stop being a nuisance and not keep sending these fake messages.

Incorrect items delivered

I made an order on vapevibe.in but instead of sending me the correct order they have sent me some cheap eliquid. And there is no way to reach out to seller or ship rocket support. I don't understand why shiprocket supports stuck fraudulent sellers. I am sure I am not the first guy to complain against them. Why doesn't ship rocket remove these sellers from their platform. It's disgusting. I am not even going to order from the sellers listed...

Supporting to fraudulent sellers

Shiprocket has encourages fraudulent sellers like Faction hut.
Faction hut has no proper seller communication details and address.
How did shiprocket could collect orders from faction hut.
I have ordered Mens underwear Trunks sets of 7 for Rs. 999. But they are sent a damaged cotton pant to me. There is no proper sellers contact no and address. There mentioned sellers details all are in valid.

Shipping took place on August 18 at 10:31 AM, and the package was successfully delivered on August 23, 2023, at 12:57 PM. To my disappointment, the package contained three 15ML liquid bottles instead of the expected SMOK LP1 Replacement Coil, indicating a deceptive transaction...
