My account is blocked and unable to do shipments the wallet has positive balance
Either need a refund of amount on wallet or need to resolve my issur...

Undelivered package

I received the below message on Oct 1. The package had reached near Mumbai, MH (Bhiwandi is nearby by my house) and I was to get it in 24 hour.

However, unexpectedly it has gone to Andhra Pradesh.

"Order Picked: Hi, your order, which contains DDS-250, has been picked up and will be shipped within the next 24 hours. Track Now -Shiprocket"

Already the package is delayed by 20 days and I have been...

Horrible seller supports

Irrlivents discussion about issues, seem illiterate staff as respond of quires not able to understand on phone & also by mail.
My KYC completed, verified, resubmitted the detail by cancelled bank cheque, evidently in records but COD amount 300/- failed to pay to my registred bank account even after 10 days as the consignments delivered on 14 th September 2022 at Delhi.

Delivery boy behaviour is rude, haven't proper sense how to talk

Delivery boy came to my adds without calling me but now I'm away a distance of 2.5km. I'm told him please wait 10 to 15 min He said more than 5min waiting ur product will be return at Hub. Nd told me I'm not your servant !! I calling him at least 20times everytime he cut my phone and return my order to the hub.....

Shipment not delivered

I have shipped product from India to France on 1st September, but status showing "Consignee Rejected the Shipment / Awaiting Shipper Instructions".
But customer not get any call or email. Also she always stey in present address 24 hrs. and waiting for the shipment. As per shiprocket the send through Aramex.

Product delivery

Ordered dressof ₹1600, 2022 (copy of which is attached with..). The order has not shipped yet... ‼️ And also I receive the notification as "SELLER INITIATED DELAY" since 2 days...
Could you please provide the reason for delay...

I received a wrong product

Regarding JUSTIFIED RESOLUTION

The Shipment with AWB[protected] was booked through Shiprocket from Surat Gujarat to Sagar Madhya Pradesh which consists of imitation jewellery items worth Rs 7000.When the parcel was received, it was totally different from its pre shipped images.On openig the parcel, it was found that around 600 0 Rs items were missing from the parcel.The parcel was almost empty.
Regarding this, I complaint Shiprocket support team on 31st July 22,...

Product shows delivered but actually not delivered

I have ordered Order ID : [protected] from mayank Garg. They have shipped product Via shiprocket Awb no.[protected].

However the day when i was going to receive the product i have received a message that your order delivered. I haven't received any call from delivery boy and neither recieved the product.

I tried to call shiprocket but they have worst customer care for reciver i wasn't able to connect with them.br...

Empty shipment received.

My Shipment was booked from Surat Gujarat to Sagar Madhya Pradesh.Its AWB no is[protected] with order value of 5000 rs.In the midway, the shipment was hampered and almost all items were stolen .When the parcel was received, the label pasted on it was different as it was scanned with CamScanner while the shiprocket label is different. Though i submitted all the proof to the team, still they rejected my refund and i am in a loss of 5000 rs....

Weight Discrepancies

I had received weight discrepancies for these orders of 50rs, 50rs, and 146 rs. And the shiprocket has rejected the dispute saying delhivery courier has rejected it. I had provided all the proofs of the weight and dimensions, still my dispute was rejected. It's clearly visible the weight and the dimensions was correct. And they're then overcharging me, even though I had paid...
