Fake delivery attempt

[protected] is the Awb number of the product that i shipped from shiprocket via Amazon shipping service. It takes almost 6 days and when it is reached the delivery boy didn't call my client to receive the parcel even though my client was calling him again and again. His number gone unreachable now and i got a notification that the parcel is in return. Now what can i do? I lost my shipping charges too. It was totally fake attempt....
