I placed this order on 5th Feb 2016 and after multiple calls they delivered in on 19th Feb 2016. On 20th Feb I called for return of the package and I was not satisfied with the product. Till date that reverse pick up has yet not happened in spite of multiple calls to shopper stop customer care and its delivery partner (DELHIVERY Courier Services ). I have ordered a pair of earings on shopper stop online and waited for more than two weeks, and after repeated reminders to them they assured delivery but now after two weeks they have cancelled the order stating item unavailable and I have just check the same item code is available.ver cheap cusstomer service.even not refunding my money...

I have order some item from Shoppers stop web site as well as i paid money. after some time they cancel my all order. i got a mail that it was web site mistake. Again i placed 3 more order after some time and 7 item available is showing. again they cancel my order and told me out of stock. i mailed many time and rise many complain nothing reply.

My Order No 418662 was cancelled by Shoppers Stop as they did not have the item. They were to refund an amount of Rs 995/= on 03 Nov 2015.
Calling up customer care or sending E-Mails evokes only promises every time but I have not got the refund since 03 Nov 15.
Please resolve the issue and get Stoppers Stop to refund the amount immediately.

I bought E-Gift card online via Shopper Stop website which was suppose to email me E-Gift card INSTANTLY but it never came. I checked Junk mail as well but nothing.

Email address provided was correct as i got my Invoice directly to my mail box which was same for E-Gift card as well.

I emailed Customer Support which said we are looking into this matter but no further response back.

Shopper stop has canceled my 3-4 order. i called to shopper stop help line number also they told you product will deliver 100% sure. they are providing and offer but when u will order they will take your money and after 10 day they cancel your order. just wasting time with Shopper stop. i have all the recording and order confirmation snap shot....
