Negligence in service

6th July' 2008, sunday, 6:45 p.m. I myself with my 4 friends went to Shopper's Stop (Bandra, Linking road, Mumbai) there the person responsible for parking asked me to leave my car for valet parking it should be noted that they dont have option to park your car yourself, as they have auto parking they allow only valet parking. irresponsible staff/unaware of their own rules

I would like to bring to your notice the way this highly renowned retail chain is misleading its customers and to top it all they are not ready to accept the same. Shoppers Stop has been giving away free parking coupons(in malls) to its members as in customers can use these coupons to get a free parking where malls charge for the same. Now as per their "rules" members who own the First Citizen Club(Gold Card) membership can avail...
