Helpline number called ...waiting time 40 minutes, 2 minutes later 43 minutes...50 minutes... 33 minutes...39...minutes...50 minutes... what is this?

Changing the scheduled for other day and layover almost double as shown at the time of booking

I have booked the spicejet flight for the journey from Patna to Surat via Kolkata and my flight was scheduled 7.30 AM on 19.12.2020 from Patna and arrival at surat on 12.40 same day. Now I have got a message from spicejet that your flight has been rescheduled and departure from Patna is 21.45 on 19.12.2020 and departure from Kolkata is 10.10 on 20.12.2020 and arrival on surat is 20.12.2020. it is very difficult to wait almost 12 hours in...

My Ticket Amount not Give in my bank account

Many times call customer care executive not give satisfied answer and say amount not refund in your bank account

Use amount another ticket I am not business man to go many times flight

Broken bag ( fragile ) bag.

Had applied for fragile bag while check in at the counter. Then too. I got my bag damaged. One whole wheel was broken. And my whole bag has gone wastage. And sufferd. Lots of problem as the airport was small and staff was less. To help me....

Wrongful Rescheduling of the flight

Hi,

This is Soumith from Hyderabad. I have booked a round trip flight from Hyderabad
to Mumbai. Departure date is 21st of November, 2020. we are Four people travelling as we have to attend a ceremony in the afternoon, Hence I have booked an early morning flight and the return would be late evening. However, i was surprised that Spice jet, suo moto, have rescheduled the flight which was originally scheduled for departure...

Amount deducted but no ticket issued.

I, Nawadeep Tamang, have booked tickets from bagdogra to Bangalore for 27th oct 2020, this afternoon. Payment of 13, 700 rs was deducted from my debit card and after the payment there was a popup that there was no transaction and tickets have not been booked. I got 2 PNR s where it was mention payment pending. The amount has already been deducted but it is showing no transaction....

No Refund

I booked a ticket for travel dated 5th April, 2020 from Chennai to Varanasi and return on 6th April, 2020 for 2 passengers.

I didn't got refund or a mail regarding the refund status. You said I can use credit shell. But there is no service from Chennai to Varanasi.

What should I do now?

Shall I treat this as donation paid to Spicejet??...

Kindly intervention on this issue, your team has given tickets and even now conforming to carry 20 kg per person for 03 person, but in Airport denied and I have faced lot lot of trouble. kindly refer https://www.spicejet.com/airtravelbaggagefaq.aspx, even the changes has not been informed to me.

Staff ( Neha.Y ) the staff who gives boarding pass

I am really sad and frustrated by the behaviour of staff Neha .Y .. She is extremely ill mannered and shows tantrums to the customers .

We had a 1 kg overweight and we agreed to pay the amount yet the way she spoke made us feel inferior and the tantrums she threw was unbelievable ..

When asked for the name she didnot show her name and wrote down as Neha.Y ( I don't even know if its her real now )

Non refundable amount of the ticket during pandemic time

I Am MR. PRATIK SANJAY RUGHANI i have been travelling on april 2020 due to pandemic time currently i got an credit note to travel till feb 2021.Due to current time I'm not going to travel so I'm writing this matter to provide me a refund of my ticket amount as per the circular given by the supreme court n as if I'm trying to contact the customer care but from there also I'm not getting a perfect replay...So I'm assured that will my complaint...
