Spicejet not refunded the money for ticket for the flights cancelled by spicejet

The ticket are booked by us last year. Spice jet has cancelled the flights. Spicejet team has committed to refund all the ticket amount . but spicejet team are doing false promise . after e-mailing/approaching 25 to 30 times. spicejet are failed to returned the money. every time spicejet team gives reason and delay the money refund.

Delaying flight no SG8152

I have booked 04 tickets in your airlines. The schedule time for take off the above flight was 10:20hrs from delhi and land on guwahati was 12:25hrs.

Flight time changed

At the Gwalior airport on 5/2/20121 my flight was at 13:20 and has to arrived at 4:30 on Bengaluru international airport but without informing me by the time they changed the time to 10:20 am and i was not known by this please give me my all refund because it was their fault not mine they did not inform me....

Rescheduling of flight

Hi
i have booked ticket for my wife and kids for 23 march from pune to jammu.
when i booked the ticket i kept in min layover time and accordingly i booked it
subsequently i have been told that my flight is rescheduled and the layover has been increased to 18 hours
this is morally wrong
if it was rescheduled it should have been done keeoping the mi layover now my family has to spend 18 hours on airport...

Done fraud with me!

I have booked my ticket on the Spicejet website for 6th Dec from JSG-BOM(Jharsugda-Kolkata-Bombay) which was scheduled at 4:40 PM.
I reached the airport at exact 3:40 PM as I thought everything was done online, the only thing left was boarding. But when I reached the airport the staff members didn't allow me to board and gave me the reason that the luggage truck has already been loaded, So I told them I Will leave my belongings outside...

THIS FLIGHT WHICH WAS TO BE DEPARTED ON 11TH JANUARY HAD GOT Cancelled and the refund hasn't been given yet

Regarding worst experience from your staff

Hi Team,

Our family 11 people we booked a flight from Patna to Coimbatore on 28th January 2021 at 1.10 pm, due to bad weather fog we reached airport at 12 pm, due to hurry it's our mistake we didn't know web check in was mandatory this may be our fault but when we asked your staff he is so arrogant he said boarding closed leave the place and he said write in exit pass leave it may be the situation but he might be bit polite...

Refund should be submitted to bank account not to credit shell.

My flight was cancelled due to corona crisis and ticket amount was deducted from bank account. After that it was credited to credit shell then we booked flight . Due to personal problem we cancle flight. Whatever amount we get after cancelletion is credited to credit shell. It should be credited to our bank account. As per your rule, cancellation charges deducted.
I request to you that final amount should be credit to our bank account...

S6ZM6L Refund

My booking with SpiceJet having PNR S6ZM6L was booked on 17/03/2020 for travel on 19/06/2020 Srinagar/Jammu.

Due to Covid they cancelled the booking & has kept the booking amount for travel within March 2021. I have earlier also written to them that they fully refund my amount as I have not cancelled any booking.

Regarding rude behaviour and threatening from spicejet staff

Actually tushar a restaurant owner traveled from bangalore to patna on dated 22nd of january 2021 with my sister and mother..
