Cash not provided

Convertible sbi bank bajju branch
Ifsc code-sbbj0010496 which mostly denies cash payment upto 3-4 days a week
We have asked for reason behind it but they haven't given any and said that there is no reason for lack of cash in branch and talked very abruptly. So kindly please take action against this. We ol hope for a positive response from your side.

Amount deducted not deposited back. selvaganesan

I tried to pay a sum of 2999 rupees online to an educational institute on 3/4/17 amount is deducted from my account and not deposited to institute. I lodged a complaint in sbi, they closed it without solving the problem, the branch manager also I contacted, he told that he cannot solve the problem, where is the money and why such things are happening is not known. I want my money at the earliest back, please help....

Account balance on hold

I am Rajesh and i have Savings Bank account with SBI at Bopal Branch.
In last week when i check balance in my account it shows 7000/- Rs. but when i try to withdraw money, it shows error for account Balance is on Hold.

It happens 3 times in this week. I have to take leave from office for resolved this issue in this week for 3 time. I really disappointed for this facility from bank to customer.br...

Bank unable to provide saral

Charge dispute file refund never processed

A refund of 335 rupees was successfully processed on 29 march to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied...

Work overload with working hours from 7 am to 2:30 mid night

There is a rule for 10 hours of work timings, but the employees are forced to work start from 7 am to late mid night till 2:30 am. What is this behaviour for employees, no time to eat food and sleep.
