Amount deducted towards passport but not reflecting in system not returned.

I had applied for the renewal of the passport and made the online payment for the same. The amount was deducted from the account but did not reflect in the passport website.
As advised on the website, i waited for 7 days checked that the amount was not reflecting against the application nor was it returned to my account & then send a mail to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in. All i got was an auto reply with the same details on the webpage....

No transparency financial charges on balance amount

SBI card imposing heavy financial charges on the balance . They don't follow the RBI guidelines. I have asked the details, but they refused. I compared the financial charges on balance amount with respect to PSU bank Credit card such as Andhra bank, and the same i have sent a copy to their interaction column. They didnt respond as it seams that they are using software and fraudulent software to squeeze customers.

Double debit on rental charges for locker

Sir,
I have my saving bank account no [protected] with your gndtp branch at bathinda (Previously sbop) in my name "satish kumar aggarwal.
On 31.03.2017, an amount of rs.1000/= has been debited to my account as locker charges. Then on 02.04.2017, an amount of rs.1725/= has again been debited on account of locker charges.
I therefore request your good self to get rs.1725/= credited to my account to reverse the wrong debit...

Deduction of 1000 rs. without customer information.

Unrelated transaction of Rs 156882

I have received an SMS on my my mobile no. [protected], on 14.04.2017 at 8.41AM as follows:

"Your NEFT of Rs 156882 with UTR SBIN[protected] DTD 07/04/17 credited to Beneficiary AC No.[protected] at KKBK0008190 on 07/04/17 at 5.30 AM"

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have not done the above NEFT transaction, nor I have an account with SBI, nor do I know who the beneficiary is.

Two times deducted the amount from my account

The credit cards statement on 24th March was Rs 9217 but I was paid the same amount in 11th April by debit cards and the same amount was deducted from my account in 13th April through auto debit.so it's two times deducted from my account.
