Unethical behaviour of of Bus Conductor - Using abused language

Address: Thane to Diva

Today 03.09.2020, I took bus from Khopat (Thane) to Sudama Regency (Diva)- bus no MH04-G-8173 @ around 7.00 PM. The behaviour of bus Conductor was very poor, he behaved like illiterate person and throughout the journey he used abuse language with people (now and then used to say "Mardarchod" "Sala log" and "Behchod").

There is no bus top in between from Shil Phata to Diva Station (distance is 5 K.M.), When I reached to my destination...

These bus conductors allows passengers to seat together in the bus it's very dangerous to all passengers n including conductors n drivers. Pls inform n take strick action to these bus conductors it's very danger situation of covid 19....

We are standing at bus stop since 7:30 am and now it's 8:30 till now there is no busses and huge crowd in this covid 19 situation..

buses not stopping at hyde park stop

There is a bus stop ' hyde park ' at ghodbunder road beween tatvagyan vidyapeth and rmall..
On several occasions the driver and conductor refuse to stop at this bus stop claiming that this is not a valid bus stop. Even drivers of short distance route no 56, 62 are not halting here when passengers inside the bus want to alight and inform in advance. The stop clearly has painted almost all tmc bus numbers including 56 and 62..

tmt bus service route no. 52

Bus no 52. Timings (Scheduled) 9:10 am.
This bus is never on time. It gets late each and every day. It either gets late or gets cancelled due to vague reasons. When questioned they say buses are not available or breakdown or any other reason. Buses running on same route but different timings do not face such issues on regular basis. This bus always has some or the other issue on daily basis. Even today, the bus was again late by 10...

bus driver risking lives of passengers

I've been travelling with tmt buses for a very long time. Recently i went to bhiwandi from mulund in tmt bus. I took bus on 26th jan, 2020 at 12:00 noon. When bus was standing ast mulund station they were not allowing passenger (Ladies with child and senior citizen) to sit inside the empty bus at 12 noon when the temperature was too hot.

In the whole journey bus driver was on mobile call...
