Yesterday i came to your cuddalore branch, to buy a sun direct dish. I'm asked your employee to explain about that dish and what's the price of dish... He didn't reply anything simply he playing candy crush in his mobile...
He didn't say nothing...
Well growth company vasanth &co but very in customer communication... I never expect from your employee...
I hope you to take action.. If you fail to take action, it's fail...

godrej refrigerator

I bought a godrej refrigerator from ur sholinganur branch chennai... On 6th march and was told that it will be delivered next day but it was not delivered... It was delivered on 8th that too at 10pm in the night... Which is a bad time to deliver... And was told that the installation guy will come next day... But till now no one has come yet... Really very bad service from vasanth and co... Will never recommend to any one... Worst purchase...

washing machine

Hlo...2weeks before we bought an washing machine in washermenpet... And we received the machine 10days before itself... But still now they didn't come for the fitting... And there is no response from there side... Really it's an worst service by the vasanth and co washermenpet... I don't want this machine just take it back and refund the money... Poor service by the company...

daikin ac not deliver.

I have booked daiken ac 1 ton inverter type in shollinganallur branch by 6/3/19. They assured me to deliver it by next day itself. Based on that i following them from morning onwards and getting reply it will reach by today. Even am asking after 8pm. They telling the same since material is taken from tambaram branch. purchased washing machine cover but which was not suited b

Yesterday i have purchased the new washing machine cover from vasanth & co and during purchase i asked the executive to give suitable for my machine and he agreed and gave one cover but when i check at my home for machine which is not fitted properly, not even it covered the top load so i rushed the shop today t. Nagar branch where i bought the machine and cover but the executives are simply ignoring like anything.....

complaint against not awarded prize

They gave a offer like prizes for the purchase.."6peices of lunch box" have been mentioned.. It was attached with the bill on it.. We went several times and get returned without the prize.. Please make an decision or i may claim as myself

Sir i buy a 43 inch led tv in ur north usman road showroom. And they give jio dondle free with one month subscription. The promoter told me clerarly. Am went jio showroom to activate the my dongle. They said offer has been closed... U ask where u buy this product... Today am visiting ur showroom promotor told its lg problems not our problem go and ask lg. Or file a case against lg... I think they cheat me clearlyyyyyy....

The tv which we purchased from vasanth & co - philips brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue. But when we told them the tv is under warranty, they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on october 7th 2018. On calling up service team, they didn't attend...

"butterfly gas stove gt signature 28 red cost 6k inr. Till now the delivery was not happened and when we ask for the delivery they says it is out of stock. When it is out of stock? no proper response...

We bought new onida t. V in vasanthan co in t. Nagar branch near viveks... It took 2 days for them to deliver amazon fire stick... (Which was delivered after many calls)... After one week our t. V display got damaged... We called them... They said we will call you in 2mins... But no response... Very frustrated.. We will change the shop next time.. No proper service... Totally upset......

We have booked a samsung micro oven at 01.01.2019 from solinganallur branch and till now it not delivered and while booking it was promised to delivered on 2nd jan, on 2nd we spoke to your representative on the afternoon and she informed the same will be delivered 2nd evening.
3rd morning onwards tried to connect the representative and could catch on evening and he informed out of stack and it will be delivered on 4th before noon....

bad experience lg ac purchase at vasanth & co

I had purchased lg 1.5 ton ac from salem 5 roads branch 28/12/18. I was confirmed price ₹ 40, 000 including stabiliser from sales executive james and cash counter person (Name doesn't know). These peoples finalized this price to me and told machine not here it is available at some branch will get machine give a call. But one week i didn't have any call from salem branch i was called 3 to 5 times regularly. Finally got machine at billing...
