Headlight lens fogging and poor after sales

poor maintenance

My brand new vento met with an accident two and half months back ( apx ). I gave the vehicle for repairing under insurance at volkswagen trivandrum on 13.6.13 and its being more than 2 months till date . They havnt delivered the vehicle yet and I made a visit 2 days before and I could see that they havnt even covered the seats which is now stuffed with stains . For taxi claim

NO Replacement

Currentlu I am using Volkswagen Vento Highline DIESEL.. But with in a year its shocker Mounts had been destroyed due to which there is wear and tear in my car tyres. I asked the volkswagen dealer to replace in warranty period but the refused to do so...
