The consignment no: [protected]. The materials have reached the vrl godown in virajpet. The respective staff have demanded for an id proof and the same has been provided. The staffs are still delaying it. Such a rude behaviour and we dint expect such a service. We have lodged a police complaint. Next, we will take this issue to consumer court if you don’t take immediate action....

delivery delay

Consignment booked from calcutta on 19/9/2019 wide lr number [protected] and reached salem on 24th at panamarathupatti depot. But consignment booked to prabathtalkies bilding, salem which is near to our place. Last 2 days the consignment laying at your panamarathupatti godown and not moved to prabath talkies depot due to non availability of vehicle.
Hope such a big transporting company, saying such chilly reason for delay is not acceptable....

all stock got in wet condition, due to the negligence of the transporters

We had sent our goods on the date of 3-9-19 to our bhavnagar gujarat lr is [protected]
We had sent total 680 kg quantity goods in 14 bags. The value of the goods is rs. 49, 540/-.
Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the transporters, the entire bag became wet.in that case, the vrl company should be responsible for goods loss and freight charges. Now we request them to please pass the claim for this....

mishandling of consignment

Sorry to say, very bad experience!

Our consignment was booked from rakhial tpt, gujarat to nagpur, maharashtra. Consignment no. [protected] (Containing 3 bags) dtd.[protected]. After too much follow up, got only 2 bags in hand at nagpur on[protected]One bag short). When inquired about the (Short) bag, it was tracked to be in patna, bihar. How can this happen?

damaged product

LR no.[protected], booked consignment from delhi to trivendrum at 03.09.2019. The item was worth Rs.50, 000.00 all goods received are damaged. Now the vrl agent is saying truck might got collide with something. Now they are not taking responsibility of the loss. You are so unprofessional, dont even know that goods must be handled with care..and now taking no responsibility...such a big company and providing such poor service.....

delayed in service (handing over of parcel at tumkur office)

With regards to the subject we would like to bring your kind attention that after waiting for more than half an hour at tumkur vrl office to collect the parcel but we were told to wait for another half an hour for issuing the parcel due to some issue of online server acknowledgment slip and no manpower to shift the material from inside store. Being such a big famous logistics in india we had a bad experience today...

i am complaining about the behavior of the staff at vrl chhatral branch. they are not supportive at all.

lr. no 1025292316 not yet moved from delhi tpt for past 4 days

Our lr. No [protected] is booked on 26-8-19, from okhla c to erode. Parcel is now at delhi tpt for past 4 days. They are telling hub is full so we can't move immediately. Please take some immediate action to move parcel quickly. There is no response from vrl side for the delay. How could i suppose to suffer because of their hub inefficient. This is really disgusting. If they won't take immediate action i will file complaints against them....

When our vehicle is arrived they he is telling your 1 product is not arrived due to mistake... He said youve to come tommoro get missed one... They collect charges without giving missed products... charged double amount for transportation.

I am a regular customer of vrl services and currently i sent 10kg parcel from ahmednagar to greater noida.
And i did a topay.
The transportation charges were 560/- for 10 kg.
Means 56 rs per kg and which is almost double of the courier.
And as it is a today they didnt concerned me about rates.
And now telling that goods must be more than 50 kg. And its not in vrl policy and bla bla bla.
Then why should...

issues with delivery from vrl packers & movers

As mentioned above we have book our 8 items on 3/7/19 from bangalore to manvi. Still they have not sent our items from that date. They are not responding to our calls mails. i no short material out of 3 nos arrived at taratala for lr no 1024902345

Please note that under lr no [protected], almost 6 days over, only 2 no packets arrived in taratola hub out of 3 nos packets. I packet is heard to be missing in dhulagarh hub. I have been continuously calling your people at taratola hub but no body picks up the phone or even if after some hours of continuous ringing they pick up, they simply do not have time to speak on the issue. This is ridiculous. The materials have been booked from delhi....

long long delay in supply and neglecting.

Hello, this is regarding product damaged from vrl logistics chalakudy. Last month, i have booked egg hatching incubator from kerala. Company has given transport delivery to vrl to send it to andhra. First thing is there is no proper communication between 2 vrl branches (Kerala and andhra). And one more thing is product damaged outside. See when you are handling instruments, don't have minimum common sense? If that is the situation, just close...

our customer paid rs.18, 947/- for the same. but they received so may cartons in bad condition and when they open the cartons so may individual boxes was broken badly and cannot usable for them.

asking extra money for loading item in spite of, giving 50 rs as miscellaneous

[protected], after ading 50rs as mislenious amt at godown on top of fare, people asking extra money, when complnt to manager he said thy r frm out side, if want to lift ur item discuss with thm and settled my amnt discussing among thm. I know vrl, from were labour came in btwn don't know. If this is ok then no problem i will move next time.
