It is really a matter of surprise that WBSEDCL (Rishra) is using poor quality ink in customer bill printing. I don't know whether it is a problem of ink or the paper which is being using for preparing the customer bill which is supposed to be kept for three months for payment. Moreover after completion of 1-2 months you cannot find anything in that bill except the white paper. Despite of that if you go for the payment, you will be asked to...

I am a resident of Sripally Asansol West Bengal. For months together, we have very bad power fluctuation and voltage drops here. When my electrician checked in the afternoon he said it was 160 volts only. Hence he advised to put a Double Boost stabilizer, which he said will work even up to 140 volts (costs around Rs.4000).
