Extremely low voltage and immense power cut

My consumer no is A585037 and consumer id is[protected] at Math Chandipur, East Medinipur region. Everyday we witness extreme low voltage of 120-130V 5pm onwards along with massive load-shedding at a stretch about 4/5 hours. The problem is thickening more and more during this puja season. If you can't provide sufficient service, why are you taking up more and more customers to feed? Your service is extremely despairing....
