horrible flight experience - poor housekeeping

contact number provided not efficient enough in times of real time situation

I had a flight from one destination to bhubhaneswar with a different airlines and then from bhubhaneswar to kolkata with airasia. worst experience : flight cancelled : no flight given

I had booked a flight from mumbai to delhi - i5 330.

After the security check was done and all passengers were waiting at the gate, we were told that the flight had been cancelled due to earthquake in delhi (Complete fake news).

lost my subsequent flight due to delay of almost 3.5 hours

compensation for stolen baggage

Hello i made claim for compensation for stolen baggage, they said me before week they have approved my 40% of claim but they have not transferred any amount so far.
I feel they have just fooled me by saying approval of claim so I don’t show their reality to other people.
Air Asia is not reliable in any sense.
They don’t have proper customer care, even their nodal officer don’t reply

wrongly charged more amount at check in counter at bali indonesia

not getting full refund on cancellation of 5 tickets because of death case in family

Please refer to pnr # 0udj6j for 5 air tickets. My father-in-law, mr. Satyendra nath chakraborty died a few days ago and, and thus we cannot travel as we have to complete the last rites.
