I am sorry i have no idea where i have to make a complain, perhaps you can help me. Since this pandemia i have a ticket with air india from ktm to ccu that i have trying to change date, and there is no way to do that. I have contacted the customer service via all the possible ways and i have only received evasive answers.
I am from argentina and there is no air india office in here to call. I just want to know how to do...

Money deducted but the ticket not booked.

Sir, On I tried to book Air ticket for a travel from Delhi to Mumbai. My money of Rs 5111 got deducted at time 15:14 but ticket was not booked. It showed booking failed. Pic of Mobile SMS from CitiBank attached. Then I had to rebook for same amount again.

I expected money to return in 3-4 days but Iit had not come back so far. Kindly do the needful to get he money back as I have spoken to CitiBank and as per them the money...

Refund not processed after 50 days

I cancelled my full ticket with PNR Z2X2D with e ticket number
[protected] on 25th july 2020.And even after 50 days the eefund has not been processed.it us a business class ticket .

Passenger names: Saifullah Akbar, Samrin haider, and Hamzah Hussain.

Refund is pending for more than 4 months

I have booked tickets for my parents-in-law from thiruvananthapuram to newark and then return from newark to thiruvananthapuram in air india. I booked the tickets through myticketstoindia. Due to covid-19, the flight has been cancelled and hence i have also cancelled the tickets through the booking agency "myticketstoindia". The booking agency has charged me additional $150 for performing the cancellation process and submit the refund request...

Hi,

I had book air india flight tickets for traveling from india to usa, but due to covid-19, the flights were cancelled. Following are the flights

Refund of ticket id no EMT70860695

I had booked three tickets from new delhi to san francisco (Usa) and return in air india flight through easy my trip but due to covid 19, the flight got canceled by airline company. The purpose of this trip was to attend my son's convocation in the santa barbara university of california. I approached the airline company to refund my ticket amount as i have no use to visit in the future because the convocation is not going to organize anymore....

Fake job offer letter

I have received a call from a lady Krithika[protected] Air India who said will be providing job and asked to deposit Rs 1500 paid and I have attached. Later she provide me with application which needs to filled and submitted. Later she gave her manager number Aditya Roy [protected] and he requested us to pay 15900rs we paid and attached the receipt. How is phone is under swtich off and not providing us any updates...

E ticket name correction within 24 hours

While booking mistake happened entered only first name instead given name as per passport
asked to correct by call Centre through e mail also not getting connected through provided tel no looks unable to fly back after stuck six month in Sydney timely action reply helped...

Gold stolen

I am writing this complaint against Air India. Air india staff has stolen my gold jewellery from my luggage. I traveller through air india on 16th aug 2020 from delhi to coimbatore with flight AI512.
