I have requested for a refund on 15th Aug and when I have called customer care, they have confirmed tickets status as Refunded on 22nd September however I have not received any payment yet in my bank account.

I have also logged case 05498851 for the same.

I had a booking with Air India -
PNR - Y10HC (AI) (Stockholm to New Delhi)
Passenger Name - NEHA MUNSHI
Date - 24 April
I was advised initially that i could reschedule my travel without any fee deduction. But the flights on the route from Stockholm to Delhi have been cancelled till further notice .
Therefore, I request you to refund my ticket fare since i cannot book/reschedule my flight on this...

I cancelled my two Air India tickets having no's 098 [protected]/95 from Sydney to New Delhi due to my father suddenly passing away.
The refund of two tickets was initiated by Air India on 09 November 20.
It is nearly one month since the refund has been initiated but I have not received the refund in my cardholders credit card account.

I had booked my tickets in Air India via travel agent and still not received the refund even after 7 months of my ticket cancellation. The flight was cancelled due to due to Covid lockdown and have been running behind the travel agent and Air india with no success.
Air India asks us to go to travel agent and when I go to travel agent they mention that Air India is not releasing the money.

Its been more than 7 months...

I booked air india international flight from Paris to Delhi for travel in July 2020. After multiple failed transactions I was issued a ticket but money was deducted each time. Money was refunded for some of the transactions but I came to know later that two tickets were issued on my name for the same flight on the same day!! So i contacted air india and requested them to refund one of the tickets but refund has not been processed till now....

I have booked a ticket from London To Mumbai for 13th December 2020. While making payment, it showed as transaction failed so I made the transaction again and this time it was successful and I received the booking confirmation. But the money got deducted twice from my account....

Booked ticket on 9th January 2020, for AI flight departure on 25th May but flight was cancelled by Air India due to COVID19 and it has been 6 months the airline hasn't provided a refund.I did followup emails with Indian Eagle since they booked the flight. It’s been long time and we keep paying credit card interest for this amount and in financial crisis. It would be appreciated if Air India Refund money.
