refund not received

I booked an Air India International flight from Mumbai- New York scheduled to fly on December 2nd 2020.
Due to a Family medical emergency, I had to cancel my ticket 2 days before departure .
This cancellation was done by Air India Travel Agent through 24*7 customer care Phone numbers given by Air India after I called them to request cancellation .
The Customer care centre agent confirmed that he has cancelled the ticket...

Refund not processed for long time

I have cancelled my E- ticket[protected] for the trip from FRA to BLR for the Journey date 01-Dec-2020. I have contacted many times Air India customer support and [protected]@airindia.in regarding the refund of my cancellation ticket. Still, they have not started the process of cancellation. I am not sure when will I get my refund amount. It would be great if Air India takes some step to refund my money as earliest as possible....

But the same got canceled and rescheduled with the arrival being more than 1 hour from the original flight scheduled to arrive at 16:50 Hrs. I travelled from LHR, UK to Mumbai on 21st Dec.. I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Nagpur which was my final destination. Covid 19 - Cancellation refund due since last 8 months

Hi,

Due to Covid restriction, we were forced to cancel the flight ticket from Kochi to Copenhagen and done lot of email communication and phone calls, but no response till today.

It has been more than 7 months, our refund is pending and every time they are telling us the same unacceptable reason to wait for few weeks.

Ticket booked for: 9th April 2020 from Kochi to Copenhagen and the same return...

Air ticket refund not issued

Ticket booked under PNR no. Z9W5P has been cancelled through customer care due to flight cancellation from Delhi to Vijayawada sector.
The ticket has been cancelled on 25th October 2020.

As per the instructions given by air India representative, we had sent email also to e-commerce. It was almost 60days. No refund and no response to emails...

Wrong information from Air India customer care or Air India station master Amritsar

Hello,

I booked and insured my travel on 2/11/20 from Amritsar to Mumbai for 21/11/20 using easemytrip website. I got confirmation from easemytrip regarding booking confirmation on same day.
On 11/11/20, I got sms from Air India flight is rescheduled.

Amount deducted from bank account but transaction failed and no ticket was booked

I was booking air ticket from delhi to imphal for 23rd december 2020 by air india app.the amount was deducted but the transaction was not through.so please look into it as air india online complaint numbers ae not receiving calls, even if they pick up, the hang up the phone right away...

Refund not credited in my account

I have requested for a refund on 15th Aug and when I have called customer care, they have confirmed tickets status as Refunded on 22nd September however I have not received any payment yet in my bank account.

Refund For my cancelled flight

PNR - Y10HC (AI) (Stockholm to New Delhi)

I was advised initially that i could reschedule my travel without any fee deduction. But the flights on the route from Stockholm to Delhi have been cancelled till further notice .
