Refund of Cancelled Flight

1.I had booked my air ticket from direct portal of Air India, flt was from Jolly Grant, Dehradun to Pantnagar on 14 Feb, the flt was cancelled even after writing numerous e mails and also spoken to customer care executive I have not got my refund till date wherein as per policy I am authorized full refund. Flt No AI 9824 my ticket No (ticket No[protected] booking ref JSW32.

Got the refund after 2 Month with transaction details as 0989R00082LVI.
- 0989R00082LVD

As per discussion and ticket summary cancellation charges were 6000 per ticket which was 12000, but the refund amount I received is 34000 less than booking amount as they charge extra 22000 and...

Refund fraud

Booked ticket on 29th June from Coimbatore to New York and cancelled within 24 hours. Air India promised for a full refund of 83k INR within 21 days. I have been calling and writing to ecommerce every 15 days now. On Nov 2nd 2020 when I called they said my refund has already been processed and there is nothing pending. Air India Payment has been deducted and I could see the error page once I gave the OTP.

Hi,
I was booking an Economy ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi for 13th Nov 2020 in the name of Vaibhav Kumar through the Air India website.
But as soon as I gave the OTP for making payment via HDFC Net banking, the payment of Rs 4572 got deducted from my HDFC account( OTP and sms received) and instead of getting the ticket booked status the page was navigated to Error page where I could see the message quoted as mentioned here...

I was booking an Economy ticket from Bangalore to London(BLR -LHR) for 5th Nov 2020 in the name of Divya Singh Bhadoriya through the Air India website.

Canada to Delhi Oct31st 2020 flight, they did not provide use and throw headset, sitting idle without any information on the flight for more than 12 hours is horrible. Worst customer service.
Garbage were not collected properly, even after multiple requests from the passengers, we advised to keep all garbage under the seat.
I took connecting flight to Chennai on 1st Nov 2020, I collected my baggage at Chennai, both my check-in...

Refund pending after cancellation

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Singapore but was not able to travel due to lockdown restrictions imposed by govt. of India. I have sent so many emails and made calls to the call centre in the last 7 months but still, there has been no progress. Even DCGA has issued a notice for all the carriers to issue a refund but the national carrier has shown nothing but disappointment in its customer service.

Flight cancelled during COVID, no refund since 4 months

My Air India flight on 20th July, 2020 from CCU to BLR was cancelled by the airline.
I tried claiming a refund through their website, email ID as well as their page on Twitter, but I have received no replies or refund from their side. It has been 4 months already. All of the other airlines have refunded their cancelled bookings.
Their customer care is pathetic and doesn't reply to any of my mails or messages.

Refunds not provided yet since 14th April 2020

Hi Team
I have booked an air India tickets from India to London but due to.covid-19 flights got cancelled. I rescheduled the tickets to 14th April 2020 and that too got cancelled. Then I raised cancellation request and asked.for refunds since then amount is not refunded yet. my travel agent has raised refund request with airlines and following up on this. But they haven't provided the details yet.

I booked ticket PNR no YDC3Y which was auto cancelled as per Air India Customer Care.. I booked complaint after no response on call from Air India on www.airsewa.gov.in Query ID WQ467986 dated 15 Sep 20.. I got a main that amount will be refunded on 23 Sep 20 where as till date no amount is received and not getting proper response to my Query also.....

We have booked a flight from Frankfurt to Bangalore on 21st September, which was cancelled by AirIndia in the last moment. Flight cancellation Refund is pending

Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Chandan Arora, booked the ticket from Delhi to Chennai for 29.03.2020, ticket is attached below.
I am waiting for refund of that ticket which got cancelled, but till now, amount of refund is not credited to my account.

This is regarding booking of air ticket in airindia App today, 16oct 2020.
The ticket was booked for delhi to PortBlair and the payment was made through sbi net banking. An amount of rs. 18350/- was deducted from my bank account. The ticket was not booked and an error message was reported by the App.
The amount of rs. 18350/- was not returned by air india for the un-booked ticket.
