My concern is all about that i am facing battery performance i not good, i purchased my iphone xr 5 months back. iphone 11 freezing a lot while using.

I bought iphone 11 worth 64990 from apptronix hyderabad on 15/12/19.
This is worst iphone i’ve ever used. Never expected an iphone to freeze like a micromax mobile. The mobile gets stuck to a notification screen and is not recoverable at all.
All i need to is to wait for 3 4 minutes to get it back to normal or keeping pressed the power button for atleast 30 seconds.
This happens frequently and i’m literally frustrated...
