phone keeps rebooting itself

I have an asus zenfone selfie 1st gen. I bought it 2 years back from amazon for 14, 999. Since the beginning i have been experiencing one or the other problems on this phone. The device kept heating up constantly. A few months back the phone started a factory reset by itself resulting is a lot of my data being lost. Now the device has entered reboot mood and has kept itself in that state for more than one day. I can't even switch off my phone...

poor quality handset and nonresponse act after, a many mail call

Sir,
I bought a new handset of asus zenfone 3 (32gb) in may'17 from flipkart. After a month i found that some videos are not playing well on device so i contact to customer care and write a mail on 20/06/2017 to asus regarding this issues but they denied to provide pickup service by saying that this service is only for metro city.
They denied me to provide pickup service by saying that no courier service available at my address...

laptop - repeated issues

Pls see details below of my laptop. Have been facing recurring issues for the last 6 months. First there was a memory issue where who memory showed full despite there being no data from my side.

Now facing issue with the charger, not able to charge my lap top.

Asus service centre has seen 2 times but not able to fix the issue.

network problem all time

I had given my phone to the asus service center at 30th n they returned my phone by saying your phone is ok, n all the problems has been solved and charged 500 rupee from me... But within a day the problem rises again n i hav to face problems... Please respond to my complaint or else i hav to file a complaint against asus.. Apart from that i have used another sim also to start the tower but its getting temporary connection... I have to travel...

defective phone

Hi this is to inform you that i have purchased a mobile phone of asus from flip cart, on 10/10/17. But after 15 days phone was auto restarting and auto emergency dialing, i complained against the problems, they requested to submit the phone to their service centre, i have submitted 3 times to the service centre in these 2 months for the same problems, they have updated the software many times andalso changed the mother board and side key...

asus mobile

I had purchased asus zenfone 3 laser mobile @ 19000/- from flip-kart in the month of nov -2016. My mobile is not working from the month of september -2017 and handed over to authorized service center, vizag of pvm tech services. He repaired and replace some parts and given, within a day problem (Incoming voice call drop) was repeated. Same informed and again handed over to sc. Like this happened 5 times. Now we don't have believeness on mobile...

refusal to replace defective laptop and promised warranty

I have purchased asus x541u laptop from croma retail on 27th sept 2017.
Croma has promised me following :
1. Defect free product from asus.
2. Additional 2 years warranty @rs. 999 from asus

Just with in 1 month, the laptop started lagging even when there were no applications installed in the system also the laptop makes a humming sound....

not solving problem and doesn't pick call

My phone (Asus zenfone 3 max) was having sound problem in speaker, they don't resolve that problem and always spend my time in updating and rebooting my phone, they have changed my imei number without informing me and they create problem in finger sensor, and after all resolving this they create another problem in speaker again.
They don't receive call and treat me like foolish guy. I am a student and i can't attend my class due this....

And i m getting screen problem, i. E - i can see yellow colour circles on the top left and right corner of the screen, specially at blank screen. I asked asus online to make replacement of this product they are denying for replacing... (They say replacement are done within 7 days) according to terms though i also paid 2500rs. I have registered complaint in service centre. Rma number is ins2h80136. This is registered a month ago. After that also same problem in phone. Again given back to service center. Replaced some parts. But still same problem repeats. Again i need to give my mobile in service center for a week. Then for what i purchase mobile? To keep my mobile in service center? Again and again same problems. There is no point of giving back to service centre....

camera glass broken

My asus zenfone 3 (5.5), a fabulous phone i have ever used but there is a problem that i watch after using it for sometime, it's camera protection glass has broken, i has seen it's camera features included that it's camera glass is very strong.
Its really bad to look camera and it also affect to camera working, i can't be able to click clear pictures.
Plz change the glass or my phone....

Just before 2 months from now i had a problem that my lcd has some problem and need to get replaced, during that repairing time i got to know from asus that my harddrive and motherboard are also having a problem and need to get replaced. Before that, there was no problem.

cheating forgery

Dear consumers,
It is really a matter of great surprise that i had purchased one mobile handset for my personal use. Asus company had provided one year warranty. The handset was charged 60% in the morning when i put it on the screen was not on. Hence i sent the handset to your at laxmi nagar service centre.
Since last one month the set is lying at asus service centre now they are asking charges of rs 11, 000/- very surprising...
