careless service center of asus at bhubaneswar

I had given my laptop for repairing at asus service center in bhubaneswar
They had provided me a number to contact them regarding my laptop service status...
But the number is never reachable
And my mails are also not replied back
I live far away from service station... It is not possible for me to go again and again to the service station
My exams are coming and i need my laptop to be repaired as fast as...

replacement of handset

I had submitted my Asus zee phone max model No. ZC553KL with IMEI No.[protected] / [protected] on March 2018 and they informed me that my handset not be able to repair so they are giving me another handset which is cheap. Soi told them to give me the handset like my one they are not ready to give. So i am complaining about Asus zenfone company and their service center them to get my handset back or amount back....

mental harassment

service centre not giving my cell to me

I have given my asus cell for repair to service centre rajkot. But centre executive gave me 5 days time & i went their but they told it is not completed, after that more 6 days yet till date it is not completed. They are not receiving my call. laptop damaged for times in 15 months

I bought zenfone 5z five days ago after a long research even after knowing the fact that it doesnt have the weather proof protection. I was handling it very carefully. I bought a new vivobook. Sr. J1N0CX[protected] on 29/5/18 from the authorized dealer. The keyboard, screen hinge and touchpad were defective. I returned it to the asus service center on 3/6/18. On 6/6/18 they gave me the DoA letter and asked me to deposit the old sealed laptop with the letter to the dealer for a replacement. I did so the same day.

Till now I havent got my replacement as the dealer says Asus are not giving him...

We are highly disappointed with the sale on flipkart for asus zenfone pro max m1. We were just online to purchase the particular phone but within a minute the phone goes out of stock. This is not the right way to launch your phone through sale which goes out of stock immediately. Hence i request you to bring the phone exclusively on flipkart so that all users can buy it easily.
