To customer care manager I have got a pair of sleepers from the bata showroom add- bata showroom elite sipri road jhansi up. For Rs-499 on 7/08/14. It got damage on 16/08/14 from upper side. When i contact the store the staff was treating in a rude way. The store returned my product on 20/08/14 by just repairing it. Today on 22/08/14 it again got damage. I had size problem after i bought the shoes and I changed the shoes in month end and did not use that at all. After that I used only for 4 months and sole gone with in 4 months. Sir, I have purchased one pair of ladies' chappal in th brand name "Scholl massagio" from Kochi M G Road branch of Bata Shoe Store on 15 Aug 2014, and the same got damaged on the same day While I was on the way to attend a party with my family. The sole of the footwear was seperated from the top cover of the same and found that is beyond any chance to repair, and I returned home without attending the party, this caused a lot of inconvenience...
