Poor product quality. Sandals torn on the day of purchase

Hi, I bought a pair of sandals worth Rs800 at the Bata showroom in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. The sandals were torn by the time I reached home from the shop in car(about 45mins). When I had called the shop they said they would exchange the pair. When I took it back to the shop, they said they cannot exchange it but can serice it. Wearing of Leather shoe brand Mocassino

Order not delivered after one month, even after cancellation, money not refunded

I had ordered a pair of sandals from bata online shopping site on 20th september.I made a change of shipping address on 22nd september. It was shipped from their side only on 26th september. But it was delivered to my first address I gave initially.As I was not available there, the order had to be returned.But they had not delivered it to me to my new address even after a month. Faulty manufacture of shoes non repairing there off
