Cancellation of my product

The byjus councellor name Animesh dey came and forced to take the subscription of iit jee class 11 12
Of 108000/-
He has done emi of 100000 and told that any time you can cancel the subscription
But now we don't want the product . I have paid 32000/- and not done any class now I want to cancel but they are not responding.
We are going in a much financial problem....

Cancellation and Refund of amount due to numerous issues with the subscription

I want to cancel my byjus subscription

I don't want to study because of bad facilities and cash related problems but every our agent force me everyday daily call to my father phone he say to give us our loan if you are studying or not studying we don't want 😡 and tablet you give speaker was also not working I complaint many times but no action I also say to cancel but no one listen

Not refunding after several requests

I have taken Byju's on line course for my daughter on January, 2022. However, since after completing 10th standard my daughter joined off line classes, I wanted to cancel the on-line course. This was there in the document, when the product was purchases.

Not getting the service as promised at the time of sell

I got Byjus Learning service for my daughter for 9 & 10 Class. Its about 4 months i am using the service but still i did'nt get the basic services what they romised at the time of sell. FIrst SD card was received in 3 months after continous follow. No live class happeing but the time of sell they promised 3 days live class in a week. No mentor assigned but at the time of sell they told dedicated mentor will be assigned to my daughter....

Regarding refund and cancellation

Subscription Cancellation 26.07.2022

But i have not receive any mail from your side that my cancellation process start.

They are not responding to cancellation requests

The company salesmen Shreechandan Dash (TNL[protected] from Bhubaneswar by putting pressure and lying about the product sold us package for 84000 including 5000 in advance. The product got delivered on 11th july 2022 and I had sent a dozen of mails to their given mail for cancellation as the product is not worth its price but they are only assuring us they will do but not proceeding at all.
