EMI Cancellation and Refund the payment

I had taken byjus course for my daughter from 1st July 2022 she attended only 3-4 days classes due to pathetic customer service and communication service I not willing to continue their course as I purchase this course for 32, 000/ with the 5, 000/ as advance payment, I dont want waste my money so as per there policy I called them to cancel the course 0n 7th and mailed also on 8th July I.e within 15days of kit received., as I got ghe kit...

Not responding and not refunding

I was purchased the product 4 months back and my kids are not showing interest to watch that. and sales persons Pallavi and Riyaj told me when ever you want to cancel the product it will be possible to cancel i already sent email to cancel but no responds from them and sales people are not answering my call to contact them. False assurance by sales team

I got continues call from byjus sales team and they said that i have an offer. 299 per subject for 1 year. I opted for 3 subject which is maths kannada and Hindi. Harassment for refund

Not Responding for Cancellation Request

I bye byjus product for my child - Medha on 11 july 5:00pm (yesterday) and i mail and contact in costumer care of byjus. because the policy of byjus for 24 hrs before cancellation (order of the product) but they not cancelled and tell for after 15 days o[censored]sing the product, cancellation and refund .

they do not raise the complaint for cancellation within 24 hrs by my side...

From Byjus team Mr. Sameer Gour TNL21876183 visited our house for product demo on 19.06.22. He told us about product and he put us pressure and made us to pay for 9 & 10 class fees (5000 admission and 53000 emi). He told all lies and convinced us that proper care will be taken regarding student studies. but fact is after payments done by us, he is also not attending calls nor messages.
From last 1 week (07.07.22 to till date)...

FNF settlement

I was one of them.
They said extra pay will be provided whoever will be leaving the organization now. And it's been more than 40 days since I left my job i didn't received any FNF settlement till now and didn't received that extra pay too.
