Refund not initiated

I have ordered a course for my niece and requested for refund since I was not satisfied with the quality. Have raised a cancellation request on 01-July-22 within 15 days as per their policy and have been following them for more than a month. BJJUs is literally trying to fool around the customer by not responding and apparently they would deduct the EMI.

Cancel my premium subscription of rs.66000

My name is Udit singh. Here is my complaint about a problem I encountered with your app BYJU'S – The Learning App.
I subscribed byju's for 66000 And on 14th July 2022 I received the tablet at my house and on 16th July 2022 I had received the books but I don't understand byju's studies please Cancel my subscription to Aakash byju's because I do not understand anything, you will be very kind.

you guys have taken benefit of Corona time and have extorted money from poor guys. Just cancel and send the confirmation to me and the bank.
Your representatives (Byju's Counsellor Anish Singh[protected] forcefully stayed in my house from 4 pm until midnight to get the application signed forcefully by us.
He said do not close the study during first 15 days and there after he disappeared.br...

Cancellation and refund of gate course

I am Naik Jahnavi took gate course from byju's on 6th june 2022.(downpayment-5000, emi -43000).I told my counsellor to cancel the course but he told me to cancel only after receiving tab and books.So I waited, received tab on 17th July, then tried to contact him(Akhil-counsellor) but no response.Then I mailed through [protected]@byjus.com to cancel on July 3rd and requested for refund.

Non refunding amount even after cancellation

I had taken byjus course for my son and he attended couple of classes and was of the view that it is useless and he was not willing to attend last time also I took this course and wasted around 60000 now again I don't want to waste my money so as per their policy I sent intimation to cancel within 15 days period as per their policy, however, even after constant follow ups regarding this, no response kindly help me stop this emi payment simply...

BYJUS team contact us for scholership for my cousin(Preet Saini). On 1 JUN 2022 BYJUS team person(Saamir Rehman EMP ID[protected] came to home and explain everthing. It is 3 year course. I enroll IAS tab study material from byjus in April 10th 2022. Paying initial amount 5000rs. After 20 days my father health is not well so take care about my work and my father business to facing financial problem so I discussed with my Counselor he was an medical leave so once back I will do the cancellation he told after a month's my counselor back and send all the reports to support team but they would not consider now still...

No Cancellation of Byjus course

They offer me a good stipend salary of 37500 + 6000 relocation expenses
But at the end of the traning i dont receive this ammount
