Not responding and refunding

I had taken byjus course for my son on 27/06/22 he attended only one class now he is not willing to attend last time also I took this course and wasted my 57000 now again I don't want to waste my money so as there policy I called them to cancel within 15days they are not ready to contact me i even sent a email regarding this but no response kindly help me stop this emi payment simply of no use...

Mental harassment

I requested for reschedule of classes on jun 30 as student school has been resumed and it clashes with byjus classes timing, I 'm calling them on daily basis to change the timing as student is losing his classes. Cancelling my subscription.Provision of less service.

Hi. Today I got a call if I had done my mains or not. I decided am not going to give it for some reasons. Now BYJU's is saying that I won't get the books I paid for, lectures as I did not give my JEE mains. I felt like this must be some type of scam. Read the terms : No mention of such thing.

I do not have any proof now but after a bit more time I will have it when no book will be sent and my account will be closed...

Course Cancellation

I have purchased a course from BYJUS on. It's been 8 months I am waiting for it when it will be canceled. I have mailed them in between 15 days, But they said it's in process. Refund for student Nisaanth

Hi, I am the parent of student Nisaanth. Still now your senior manager hasn't contacted us and EMI's are debiting from my account.I have done with every formality I have canceled within 15 days trial period. I have returned the product. I also sent all the proof but still my money is not yet refunded. I don't know why my request is in progress. Not cancellation of avanse loan account for byjus product

Sir I have booked a byjus online class for my ward subject to satisfaction of product by my son. My son is not desired to take this product for further but now their company is threatening me to deposit the loan amount

It is submitted that my son is not taking the benefits of the products and not keen to continue

Refund pending since 2 years

Byju's the ticket number is 11427259.

I had made payment of 5000 INR to BJYUS on 06 June 2020 for enrolling into the 11th course study material for my son who wad studying in class 11th in 2020.

Cancellation & Refund

Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to cancel my subscription of class XI + class XII JEE course which was taken on June 8, 2022. The reason for cancellation is my dissatisfaction with the classes.

I did send an email previously to [protected]@byjus.com, pinning the same request for which, I received an email from [protected]@byjus.com demanding for Order ID, Registered Mobile number, Registered Email ID and needful documents....

Harassment for payment after course discontinued

We joined 2 years live classes course in Byju's at the end of September 2021 and will ending may2023. I discontinued 31st June and mailed 1st july 2022. After my request session link not given. EMI 80% paid. After discontinued they balance 20%payment and refused for refund. Yesterday byjus staff called and asked order copy for refund policy. We sent to him. Regarding cancellation of my course and stop the auto debit EMI as soon as possible.

My biggest mistake is to trust "B*Y*J*U*S". The sale person "Councillor" who has arrived at my home and tell us by his sweeter mouth about byju's course. He said that after 45 days company will automatically stop the course if the student is not upto the grade but according to his words there is nothing going on. I have purchased the course in January and he said that within a week my classes will start but after that there is no information...

Refund and cancellation

I had called them 2weeks ago about cancellation and they confirmed that it would be done and I would get a callback but after a few calls nothing has been done these people are just scamming money. Telling lies about the courses and convincing people into buying their courses. Blantant false advertising is being done. I am the only one calling them everyday to get my money back. I had purchased byjus Examprep subscription for my brother for NDA course(on 11 June 2022 for Rs. 16, 000/-) in which I was promised to have hard copy Booklets with notes, test papers and other important stuffs to be delivered in time, which is yet not fulfilled and when contacted, they said it will take atleast 15 more days. Even if I receive it by then, My brother will get less than one month to prepare for the exam for which I had purchased...
