Gaana Plus subscription payment refund

I m gaana plus user and i made a payment of Rs. 299 thought phone pay for gaana plus subscription with Transaction ID OM2211011141452466528681 on 01.11.2022. But i didnot get my subscription.

There is no help desk to complaint. Kindly help me to solve the issue or get refund....

Rs.499/- debited from my account.

Hello, My account doesn't have any active plan on GAANA PLUS, but still Rs.499/- was debited from my account. I have requested to many times through mail to kindly refund my money but still no response from the company side. Its more like fraud now. please kindly refund my money asap.

1 year plan got expired after one month

Dear Team,

I subscribed for Gaana one year plan on Sep 14 2022. From Oct 14 2022, app says i am free user and i need to renew the plan. I have sent mails to the Gaana support mail id provided in the app. However no response. Could someone look into this.

I am registered Gaana user with 98X58XX188.

Subscription Charged without any intimation

I got charged by Gaana.com for Rs. 499 annual subscriptions without any intimation or consent. I have sent them two emails in this regard but no reply as of now. I don't need this subscription and I want a full refund for the service that I don't use. Sharing some screenshots for the reference...

Money debited to my account without intimation

Hi Sir

This is Chandu I am raised a complaint against Gaana.com . because this company without any intimation 499 rs debited to my account using through UPI payment mode. I request to plz solve my issue get back my money refunded to my bank account.

I am recently used gaana subscription of minimum amount for 3 months after 3 months it will be auto debited happen 499 rupees it shows on the time of subscription. Last 3 days before 1 message received for 18th 499 rupees taken using autopay option gaana application.
