I'm Aditya. I was having 3 month subscription which was going to end in the month of October and I was not going to have any further subscription. But on October 2nd when I checked my bank account 199rs was deducted from it for gaana subscription and I was not informed or notified about it. I don't want that subscription I've cancelled it and I want my money back. Thank you...

Gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of INR 499 got deducted from my Account. I Kindly request you to refund my money back to my account as this subscription was not needed . Unsubscribe me and give back my money....

I subscribed for gaana plus today by paying 299 through internet banking, but still i am not getting access to gaana.com. neither have I got any confirmation about receipt of the payment.
I need a refund or so subscription to gaana plus at the earliest....

With out intimation gaana deducted 199 rs from my bank .
I dont want to subscribe the gaana plus.
If you dont have momey to run comapny just begg for fundings or else sell the company but dont deduct peoples money without theire information.
Its warn gaana plus to refund my amount and resolve the issue asap....

Post trial, I was never updated or given an option to take decision on whether to opt for renewal or cancellation. They have taken libarity to deduct my money without my consent or prior notice of the subscription details.

I would like to have the subscription cancelled and refund to my bank at the earliest possible....

Hi, my gaana plus plus subscription got renewed without my permission and an amount of rs. 199 rupee got deducted from my account i kimdly request gaana to refund my money back, the subscription renewal wasnt needed by me at all, this is a fraud done by gaana.com taking money from consumer's accound without there respective involvement, that's not something to be reminded every republic day, being a student of law I will file a consumer complain...

I have paid for yearly subscription Rs. 299 from my I phone exactly after one month it’s is showing as free user in the app. Asking to pay again. In transaction history of the app it is showing 299 Rs. transaction . Tried emailing but got the system generated mail saying wait for 48 hrs .. many days have past....

I used gaana.com as it was provided from Flipkart for 2-3 days. since then i haven't used gaana but gaana renewed my subscription without my permission . 499 has been debited from my Phone Pe account without my permission .So its a request to higher authorities of gaana to take a look at this issue
Same complaint registered against podcast No- 3401549, till no initiative taken.

I am regular user of gaana app and active subscriber from last 6 years. I have subscribed gaana app for 1 year on 23 jul 22. After that auto renewal happened three time without my permission although i am having active subscription. I need money back as soon as possible. I have written at this platform 3 times and also written to gaana 10 times no action take plz short out the issue. Transactions attached with this mail....

I get 12 Month gana subscription in 1 rupees.So that I have used that on 20/04/2022. So my 12months subscription completed on 20/04/2023.but it is closed earlier and Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.499/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately. Or else...

I have share you my complaint via email with 2 reminders but there is no response from your side. You have deducted my Rs499 as annual charges. I donât need your ### services. Stop my services and refund me my money. I am trying to CONTACT you to cancel my subscription but instead cancel my subscription you charged me Rs499. Is there anyone who can hear or reply.

I have active subscription of gaana app from 23 jul 2022 after that i have been charged three time more for auto renewal of subscription.I have raised issues 10-15 time to gaana and also to this platform but no action taken. Please take necessary action....
