Amount paid but account not activated

My registered mobile no is [protected] and registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my GAANA+ subscription ends on 14th May 2023.

On 17th May 2023 at 12.04 a.m I paid for GAANA+ renewal amount Rs.299.00 and payment was successfully processed vide Order id: GAANAPP_11797169 and TR Id: OM[protected] via PhonPe. But, unfortunately the account is not activated till now.

I contacted you many times to contact...

Paid for Gaana subscription for 1 year 299 plan but still showing as a free user

Hi,
My registered id is [protected]@gmail.com and i have paid ₹299 for a year subscription for gaana plus.
But it is still showing as a free user.

Gaana plus subscription issue

I bought Flipkart plus one year subscription through Flipkart. I paid 200 Flipkart super coins to buy the coupon. I activated the plus membership from Gaana app-settings -apply coupons menu. This activated the plus benefits and I could see the membership details active for next one year.

But after two days when I check the app, the plus benefits have been taken away, and my account was auto converted into free user account....

I have received a free coupon from My Hyundai India for free gana subscription for 1 month. So that I have used that on January 2023 So my 1 month free subscription completed on 27/02/2023. If my previous subscription is 1 month than how you decided to that I had purchase your 1-year subscription pack. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription....
