Hello,
I have received a free coupon from My Hyundai Iindia for free gana subscription for 1 month. So that I have used that in the month of January 2023. So my 1 months free subscription completed on February 2023. If my previous subscription is 1 month than how you decided to purches a 1 year subscription pack. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.299/- from my account for 1 year subscription....

Unable to cancel auto renewal

Hi,

I am Vinay Korandla. I have a Gaana plus subscription which is suto renewing on monthly basis. However, I would like to cancel it but everytime I try the app says cancellation has failed and giving me no reason for it.

I would request you to cancel it before next cycle starting on 24 Feb 2023....

Auto-pay without my knowledge

Auto-renewal Cancellation doesn't work in App and Profile. No support email.

I tried canceling Gaana 1 year subscription a few days in service but they didn't let me. So I waited for 1 year, and now they are auto-subscribing for 2nd year and charging my credit on File.

I tried following their steps multiple times in-app in Profile and on the web, to turn off auto-renewal and cancel, but flow doesn't work and it says it fails. No support email was provided as well, only chat with the bot which also...

Hi,
I subscribed to gaana plus yearly membership by paying rs 299. But in the app, it is still showing me a free member.
Tried they help through chat but noone is responding.

Hi Team,

What sort of stupid game are you trying to play.

I already confirmed you that your app is asking me to pay full plan amount even after using my coupon and you still ask for payment confirmation details.

You really have got no brains!! Anyways now please try to understand the whole scenario in continuation to the above..

I just didn’t complete my full plan payment last...

Upi option is not working and gpay option not coming

Fire bolt India had given us. A coupon code for 3 month gaana subscribtion the code is working but your gaana UPI option is clearly not working and card option also.😒

Unable to activate or use paid subscription from IPhone in US

Subscribed to Gaana Plus Premium using my daughter's iPhone in United States. The subscription fee was immediately charged to my credit card and shows up as a valid / active subscription under my daughter's Apple ID on her device as well as via Apple iTunes.
