subscribe for your download monthly pack but unable to download

I have subscribed for the six months plan and have paid the necessary amount. I have been trying to download albums; however, it shows "queued" even after downloading - how can i completely download the albums? If i am offline and want to hear the songs, would that be possible as they have not been downloaded entirely - need to know why it shows queued even after downloading completely...

Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case...

Last 3 month ago on 24th October, 2017 i have subscribed gaana+ . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 22.01.2018 Rs.208 amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent...

auto deduction of money

My gaana plus subscription was ending today, on 24th january, but without asking for my permission, they've deduction the subscription fee for next thee months (Inr 297) from my paytm wallet.
Current subscription tenure was not even over, how can you extend/renew for next three months, without confirming from the user.
Need to refund the amount and end gaana plus subscription immidiately....

I complaining about my gaana auto subscription

Yesterday my gana subscription auto renewed without my permission and amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account. So i kindly request you to cancel the subscription and return the money which was deducted.

inactivation of subscription

I had paid for 1 year subscription but after the trial period my subscription is not activated. I have changed my mobile into dual sim card recently. May be that is the reason for nonactivation. They are not refunding my money saying its not possible. I want my money back and cancel that subscription.

I am your valued customer for many year, i have a problem i have paid rs 990 on 7th january 2018 with transaction from my federal bank tdecm/7992 on indication on the screen to renew my subscription unfortunately an amount rs 990 was auto debited without my person even though i have subscribed for gaana with 990 on 7th january i request that one of the amounts to be refunded i wish to state i can afford a double subscription...

paytm money deducted for gaana+ subscription!

I haven't subscribed anything from gaana.com, nor i want to ever. Still my money the sum of rs208 got deducted from my account? Why?
Just like that out of the blue money got deducted from my paytm wallet. I never trust keeping money in online wallet because of this reason.
Paytm are not authorized to take out money or auto deduct charges without consent. I have checked for the auto debit settings and there wasn't anything....

can't play song in other player

Purchased one year subscription of gaana.com. It says to download songs i have to purchase any subscription. I did. After downloading. I click on download it started and completed. But now i can't find the files in anywhere. I can only play them from gaana player. If i have to listen songs why would i purchase subscription?... It's a fraud... They should provide. Mp3 files so that we can listen and share the songs as well....

Firstly it had sort by popularity inside the playlist now after update it removed for
proof I am sending image pls resolve because I have send lot complaints using helpswist using premium account Yash
Padti pls help I always premium ganna over hungama Savann and any other app
Pls do not let my faith in ganna and it's team die . At the end or least do not remove feature pls ....
