I had subscribed to 12 months of gajanan on the 6th of july 2017. I have received an invoice sequence number 3-197647, order id mt38f85lnn, document no.[protected]. I have to state that the app does not allow me to download any songs neither does it allow me to hear any of the songs previously downloaded. I have called the customer care number many times but they are unable to help me. I have already lost five months of the subscription....

Hello,
I had subcribed for gaana.com on 11/10/2017 with an autopay renewal every month of rs 99 from my paytm wallet. I wished to unsubscribe from gaana.com and had informed them but they have deducted rs 99 from my paytm wallet on 11/11/2017. Kindly help me unsubscribe from gaana.com and cancel the autopay payment from my paytm wallet for gaana.com. Thanks in advance....

Hi,
I subscribed for gaana plus last month on[protected] but i don't want to continue the subscription this month but it got auto renewed from my paytm wallet on[protected] please tell me how to stop auto renewal from my paytm wallet. They have deducted 99/- rs from my paytm wallet. I want to stop auto renewal. I am not finding any way to stop it and they are not even telling me how i should unsubscribe or cancel auto renewal. Help....

I got renewed my gaana monthly subscription on 31.10.2017 through my sbi debit-card. The amount of monthly subscription is rs. 99/- p. M. But due to some technical error my subscription was deducted twice. The copy of my bank statement is also annexed. But on my mobile app, shows that "your gaana+ subscription has expired. Please do needful done and active the gaana+ on my mobile....

After having the gaana+ subscription i am not able to download the songs in my playlist. It is just a wastage of money and not enjoying it at all. Also i am not experiencing any extra features in gaana+ although gaana free version was better. I simply need my subscription to be cancelled and please refund my money which i have used to buy this subscription....

I have given rs 297 for 3 months to download the song today on 21/10/2017 -7.26
And the song is not being downloaded

If this problem is not resolved then i will have a police case against it
And i will send news to all news agencies that the song is a fake website
And will issue a video on social media against it that this website loses money

I have already purchased a yearly subscription of rupees 999 on 18th march 2017... Now during downloading songs, window shows u have to pay our plans.. My 1 year is not completed yet. Only 7 months have been passed since my payment... So kindly take this seriouly and reply me soon. When ever i try to download songs from gaana app; there is a message showing u have to pay......

I am not able to download / listen the some songs in hd with gaana+ subscriptions,

I have written 10 emails / replies to them. They have not yet started work on my issue yet.

Just asking me the same details - client type / app details / song / ablum details over and over again.

I have been repeated asking for refunds, they are not fixing problem or neither refunding my subscription cost....

This is pathetic from gaana,
I have not subscribed gaana,
Money is deducted from paytm automatically every month..

No option available in app to cancel
Or
Anywhere mentioned in the app a subscription is done...

This is not acceptable, it's clear case fraudant transaction, getting a person's paytm details and auto subscribing and nowhere mentioning about subscription...

I do have the paid subscription of gaana,
Still i am unable to download songs...

Whever i download an album or a song, it starts showing in the download section
(Indicating that it has been downloaded) but when i click on it, the download symbol dissappears and it again start using data to play the song, and i get the icon of 'resume download'
When i click on 'resume' the same cycle happens again and...

I subscribed to gaana.com using paytm to pay. But i cant unsubscribe on the app. I would like it to be done asap. My renewal is in 2 days. I dont want to pay for the renewal. So unsubscribe me. I am not going to put my email publicly i have put in a complaint with gaana.com and paytm in the last few minutes.
You people can make an app and put in a payment method for subscription but make it so difficult unsubscribe that i have to resot...

Either the gaana team is incompetent or its all a scam. They dont provide service based on what they advertise. I have been following up with them for the past more than 2 weeks and they have been asking me to provide all screenshots but they are just delaying the issue for some reason or the other.
Money was debited from my credit card but they dont believe it and have been delaying enabling paid features on my login. I dont know...

I live in the uk and i am in india at the moment for vacation. I was a free gaana customer in the uk but today i bought the 1 month free download for rs.99 today but i am not able to download or even play songs on gaana. I tried calling the customer support number but no response. I have wifi access and i am able to do everything else using the wifi like watsapp or facebook etc so i dont know why gaana isn't working. Hi, i had opted for 3 months subscription by paying rs. 297 on 3rd jun.17 (Transaction: bil/[protected]/gaana.com/HTTPS://PAY) by using my mobile no. But till now, i'm unable to download a single song. Also even after logging in on the website, the status does not change to gaana+, so whether my activation is done or not. I have subscribed for gaana+ last month (in the month of April) and now on 31st May an auto debit of Rs.99 has been initiated from my linked Credit card. I wish to cancel the subscription and has done the same but now since after my auto debit for the current month amount I am still not able to download any song as my amount for this month subscription has already been deducted.

Kindly refund my money or allow me to download...
