Didn't receive cash back for 100% Cashback Haptik Offer

I've subscribed for Gaana+ for 6 months on 12/05/2017 at 07:08 pm using Paytm wallet txn ID: [protected]. It's been more than 48 hrs now, but I've not received cashback in Haptik wallet. My phone number is same for Gaana+ and Haptik. Please process the cashback as per the offer. Please let me know if any other detail is needed to process the cashback.

3 months subscription issue

On 11th april 2017 i made gana subscription for three months of amount rs but it was not displayed as gaana+ user but amount of rs 300/-. Which is supposed to be complete on 10th july 2017. Now every time the popup comes for the subscription.. Kindly continue my subscription for the next two months......

This is to bring to your kind attention, that i have subscribed for gaana for one year from 25th feb 2017 to 25th feb 2018 and paid the amount online through my debit card of canara bank. I have received the receipt also wide transaction id dqzsd_olx3ld dated 25th feb 2017 time 12:04:25. I do not know what happened to my yearly subscription, and have been asked everymonth to renew the subscription. Again i am forced to renew from 17th march...

On 15st April 2017 I made gana subscription for one year of amount rs.999, but it was not displayed as gaana+ user but amount of rs.999 was deducted from my VVSB debit card I called VVSB customer care, they said it is approved. My self kushal regarding of gaana.com subscription issue in term of payment, actually auto debit from Google play the date payment 8th of every month debited from 1 month subscription but not getting any download song .So when ever my Rs.99 credit to my account which already amount paid because I have again payment of Rs.99 for subscription then I have getting download the song in short twice payment but effect only one.

Monthly subscription of gaana+

Last month on 26 th February, 2017 i have subscribed one month gaana+ at Rs.99/- . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 26.03.2017 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent.

Resetting Password issues.

Subscription discount

You don't give offer benifit to your regular user. I was using your subscription since 2014 but i naver get offered any discount like you used to give me at starting month and thats why i left you in this year. Have some discount polycies for old user.
There is a suggestion for you hat please update your category regularly. your gana special category were not even rearranged ever. Please add dome mood base category....

Money debited but not reflected in your account

I made a netbanking transaction twice with gaana.com portal on 14th feb 2017 to register a 2 month package for Rs 297/-, though the transaction went through from the bank the portal mentions transaction was not through for Rs 297/- while Rs 584/- is deducted from my bank account but the same does not reflect on gaana.com which says transaction failed.

When I am open gana app and try to download the songs a message show on my display then i am clik on that messag then in message the show me the plans fir 1, 3, 6 months for download the songs hen i am choos 1 month plan and pay it by debit card, after transection of money 200 rs debiated from my account .so i request you sir refund my money as soon as possible ....

Renewal is not done

I made payment for renewal of my membership for one yrs through payatm order i'd 1435545 but renewal is not done however payment is done by payatm to gaana.com. Kindly renew my gaana+ membership else refund my payment. Further payment was made on 31st October 2016 and still waiting for renewal.

I created an account with gaana and also subscribed for gaana+ (rs 999/-) with my paytm wallet on april 27, 2016.
Now when i try to login with my mail address - [protected]@gmail.com it says that mail address is not valid. request you to mail me the solution to this prob at my address asap and help me get my account back.
This is just not fair. i have never experienced such nuances from online sites...
