membership fee debited twice on 2017

I, selim yusuf rahaman, am a credit card holder of hdfc bank. I have already paid membership fee rs. 575/- on 15th march, 2017. Again rs. 590/- on 15th nov, 2017 is debited from credit card for renewal membership fee. I complained customer care to solve my problem, but they did not refund my money. That is why i complain here. So, i request you to help me to get refund that money....

one assist cancellation

One assist team deducted rs1299 from my hdfc creditcard without intimation and they converted into emi also. When i given for request for cancellation they are telling to me that we will not able to refund ur total money which is deducted. Eventhough there is no mistake from my side also they r not refunding my total money which they r duducted frm my credit card....

ecs debit return charges

I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected].

I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month october 2017.

So i have paid lic, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 14259.63 (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms...

credit card renewal membering fee

I have observed for my credit card has charges applied like 500/- as credit card renewal membership charges of 500 and igst 90 rupees. Above to this as this lead to over usage of credit card limit charged 500/- overlimit usage and 90/- more to it.

along with hdfc credit card hdfc insurance activated without notifying the customer

Recently i have received hdfc regalia credit card and as part of that hdfc ergo insurance got activated without notifying me, i got to know that after some amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card (900inr for policy, 100inr for emi conversion and 18inr for tax)

I called hdfc credit card customer care and also hdfc ergo customer to inquire how this policy got activated they said it got activated as part of credit card application...

amount deducted from hdfc credit card but no confirmation in hdfc life for premium payment

I paid 6016 for hdfc life insurance premium policy 18826763 using hdfc credit card under my name vigneshwaran g with starting 4893 and ending 4413. Amount got debited from my credit card but got a 501 error message in hdfc life.

I haven't received any mail/sms confirmation from hdfc life. Please let me know whether the payment is processed by hdfc life or not....
