It is so sad to write such a mail to let you know that i have been cheated by the words of your team.
In my account while login to net banking i had a personal loan 10 minutes approval.
since i had an urgency of money i clicked the option and filled the details .
it went for verification and did not get approved.

Respected sir,
I bought hdfc classic assured plus policy. The policy terms and conditions are not matching as discussed with telephonic conversation and i am not sutisfied. They are doing fraud with me and not close the policy. As per policy terms customer can return policy within 15 days but they spending the time and not take any action and coordination with me.
I request humbly to return this policy and refund my policy...

they targeted 7 day timeline for account closer, today is 23rd NOV, and still i am getting message like "you have charged 600 for not maintaining minimum balance ". this is really sounds bad.

In month of july an hdfc employee from c-3 branch janakpuri insist me for applying credit card regalia first as i told him i don't need any credit card he told me that there is an offer this credit card has no charges at all either i use or not there will be no extra charges. I opened my hdfc salary account in hdfc ramanujan it city chennai branch. While opening my salary account they automatically created my demat account saying that its compulsary and only one time charge is there (1000 deducted at starting).
885 amount was deducted from my savings account on 10th nov 2017 as charge for my demat account. But at the time of opening of account hdfc person told that this account is lifetime free for it...

I am credit card holder from hdfc bank, r/o allahabad. I am working with an it company in delhi. However, due to stable financial condition, i decided to afford a credit card from hdfc bank in 2016. The limit offered me was 50k, i used the card and pays the emi's continuously until feb 2017. Almost a year, unfortunately, i lost my job, due to the recession and was unemployed for 4 months which really hamper my financial condition...

I went to hdfc bank and paid my emi as my salary comes late, but the very next day they deducted again from my account. And this is the second time happening. It has happened with me earlier also. And i haven’t got any refund yet. I tried calling those hdfc bank people who called me to deposit emi, but they are rejecting my calls now when i’m in need of help. Any help?...

Hi, this is tanuja dhale. I am holding hdfc credit card ending with 4417. I have been charged 1299/- for one assist membership without my opinion on 17 november 2017. I dont need that one assist membership qt all. I have called one assist and spoke to one of your oneassist executive (Via phone call) told me that i will get the refund of rs.499 out of rs.1299. And really this is unfair and availing oneassist membership is clearly on my own...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0627 without my concern on date:22/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

My credit card payment was for rs 5090. I already paid 5000, i confirmed from customer service of hdfc 3 times on call that will i get any fine if i pay 2 days late. They told me that for the first time there will be no charges but i got charges as fine.

I mudassar punjabi a activa loan from your hdfc bank my loan no is 33517646, i cleared the emi installments in the year 2016. I enquired about the noc certificate from the hdfc bank. They told to me contact custom care phone for the same matter. I did so but custom care people told that you have already received in your address.
