I want to bring to ur notice the wrong attitude and unprofessional way of talking on call made from jaipur office. I got a cal from employee name poonam. She was calliing from[protected] and was threatening me to deposit my instalment and using unfair words. I disconnected the call but she called back from[protected] and stated using unprofessional language which is not acceptable from such reputed banks.

I applied for hdfc credit card as your executive called my every time saying that "sir you are eligible for credit card just give us your detail"

Every time i gives my adhar number, pan card, and bank statement but nothing happens.

If someone does not achieve your eligibility area then why you people call the number of time. And then reject the application without any reason.

I checked my bank statement which shows on 15th nov 2017 asd charges were deducted form my account twice. 708 rs inr were deducted twice from my account without any intimation. I am trying to add one beneficiary but not getting the otp in order to complete the process. It is showing that otp has been sent on your mobile number but i am not receiving any sms for same.. I will have to add this beneficiary for some urgent requirement. Please help yo resolve this issue as soon as possible as this is really urgent.

I have credit card of hdfc bank. Today i have received statement for previous month. I am unable to understand the statement. I have not spent but amount is reflecting in my account. There is descent in spending and amount raised in the bill. I have not spent 13250.17 but it is debited from my account. Opening balance showing 413 which i had already paid. 9376 amount is also not understood why it is reflecting in my account....

I tried contacting the customer service executive through phone banking. Everybtime they will make me wait at least 10-15mins then the call gets connected. After waiting all this time the call gets muted at stays like that forever untill or unless i disconnect the call. Its a complete waste of time and the balance will not get ipdated online ontime, it shows wrong credit card due amount even after paying the due. It wont get updated.

The letter was issued to me on 15-may-2017. Ref no - s 1904616. Inspite of my full payment of the of the settlement amount, i have not received my noc.
