online transaction on payzapp

I transferred rupees 5000/- from pay zapp on 23/10/2017 to icici bank savings account no[protected]. The transaction was showing successful but money was not transferred to my account.

I am regularly complaining to the customer support but i always receive auto generated one computerized complaint number but there is no action to that complaint number.

And customer support telephone number does not work.br...

refund of transaction rs.40, 700/- done wrongly

I had booked inadvertently a ticket at mmt site which i had already booked before. Then i immediately within no time tried to cancel that and mmt site shown me rs.40204/-. But, after sometime it shown me 25, 612/- and finally again they conveyed it rs..9944/-. It shows that they themselve are not clear about the things at all and still gave nothing in my account till now. They are trying to manipulate the issue and want to keep whole money...

payzapp transaction failed but refund not received yet

I had made a transaction of 5000 from my payzapp wallet to my bank account on 23/10/2017, the money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but didn't get credited into my account. Now its more than 7 days and still no response from payzapp team their cx service no is not reachable, no response from email also.. I fed up tried contacting them daily 100 of times a day but still no response, even had provided a lots of feedback onto the hdfc payzapp...

money deducted but no confirmation from hdfc life insurance

I have paid my premium of rs 5790/- for hdfc life insurance policy no. 00262105 through my hdfc credit card on date 27/10/2017. The above said amount has been deducted but no confirmation from hdfc life insurance. I queried to hdfc credit card customer care and they told that payment has been done with transaction id 013022. I have also talked to hdfc life insurance customer care about this but they told payment is not received.

credit card collections

I have been a hdfc credit card user for a while now. 5 months ago i lost my job. But they have been harassing me and my mother for money. I never gave them authorization to contact my mother about my delinquent status. When asked they threatened me. I want to either reolve this or end my life and ensure hdfc pay my mother for mental torture and damages. Please advise....

Why HDFC bank doesn't inform its customers while anything is debited from his/her account?I have seen many such transactions before but I used to think they are ATM card maintenance...

koovs shoes

Sir i trasfered rs.2000 from payzapp wallet to sbi acc. On 22.10.2017 bt it did not transfered n amout was deducted i called customer care of payzapp on 24.10.2017 he called me again ur agent known rahul kumar (Cbm manager) from his no. [protected] n took some information from me saying money will be refunded bt it didnt refund either money was deducted from my credit card, debit card also from sbi debit card so i wanna complain about that...

payzapp failure transaction

cancellation of one assist membership

Hdfc credit card ending with 6803 has been debited with rs.1899/- towards one assist membership fee on 16/10/2017.
I dint get any info to renew this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited from my hdfc credit card.
I am not interested to renew this membership so
Kindly resolve the issue asap and refund the debited amount and please don't repeat it again without my consent.
