unauthorized transactions

I have been a customer of hdfc bank. My atm card expiry year was 2022. I didn't raise a request for a new debit card. I got a message as your request has been submitted. Its dispatched, the card was not delivered to my address. I was charged for the atm return charges of 59/-. I have not been intimated for the charges. payzapp transaction failed of rs. 5000/- but money not refunded

I have sent rs.5000 to mobile no. [protected] but the transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my payzapp wallet. I tried the customer care number daily but number is always busy. My payzapp number is [protected].

Hence you are requested to do the needful and reverse my money asap....

top up loan foreclosure charges - misleading information

I was offered a 'top-up' loan in dec 2017. Was promised by the agent that there were no foreclosure charges after 6 months. When i went to foreclose in august, they said there was 8% charge. 2 months of escalations, the bank says produce something in writing - while they did not even make a copy of the declaration i clicked on available to me for reference (Even requesting them -

payzapp to payzapp amount not credited, due to transaction fail

Hi,

I have made a transaction of rs. 10000/- to my pay account on 31st october 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account payzapp and neither credited back to my payzapp, i tried calling customer service no one is answering the call and every time it is saying busy.

seems some fraud happening in payzapp

I did a transfer for RS 5000/- on 28th Oct 17 and same was failed and no refund to my account, later payzapp change transaction status to success but this was not credited to my beneficiary account nor refund back to my payzapp account.

I sent many mails to customer care email id support but no reply yet.

net banking session expired after money was deducted

I was doing online payment towards groceries from grofers application. And did online payment from hdfc net banking. As soon as money got deducted session expired. No money was received by grofers and i was expecting refund but it hasn’t happened yet. I did this transaction on 27th oct 2017 for rs 2929. Reference no for the transaction is[protected]. transaction failure money not get back its already sixth day through payzapp

not proper update on my loan application

forcibly opened my hdfc bank salary account when i already had one.

Hdfc bank had acted illegitimate, illegally and in an untrusted way by forcibly opening my salary account especially when i did had one savings account in hdfc bank. You associate had just fulfilled his targets. The salary account of mine shows negative balance. It's a shame for your bank. I have a healthy relationship with hdfc bank. Shut down my salary account....

failed transaction

I transfered 4500 rupees in for medical cause to one of my friend through payzapp but transaction failed and my amount was deducted from payzapp wallet. I wrote multiple message at [protected]@payzapp.in, but there was no one to look at our concerns. payzaap is virtual platform for money transfer which has a team of virtual people and it has started to play with the sentiments of people by blocking there money for there personal use....

imposition of non maintenance charge

Customer ID 5301673.I was a classic customer.I had joint account with my wife.She never operated the account .I had issued a cheque in favour of my broker.Bank dishonoured the cheque on the ground that my wife's adhar details has not been updated.I had to incur losses.Written complaint letters to customer care.Not received satisfactory reply.My debit card was blocked.

inter branch cash charges

I am lately aware of the revised charges hdfc introduced, before that i ve done a value of transaction of rs30000, which is chargeable @5/1000rs for once but i ve been charged the same twice. N the sad thing is when we customers go bank for depositing the tellers knows it, i can only deposit rs25000 without paying tax since account is non home branch but all they want is u paying tax unnecessarily....

Cancellation of one assist and refund of money
Without any consent from me, it is surprissing how hdfc bank deducted money for activation of one assist plan. Evan i had nit yet activated my credid card yet but the money was debited without my knowledge and consent.
