Hi,

I recieved an sms today stating the following “dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to tata aia life insurance co ltd with value rs. 31506.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.“ i am not aware of any such transaction authorised by me. Kindly check it asap....

amb chrg incl gst

May i know what these charges on my hdfc bank account are for?

Amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]
Amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]

These charges were levied this week, and i don´t really use my hdfc account for online transactions, so what am i paying gst for? I lost rs 708+ rs 531 as these charges. I´d like to know what amb stands for and what the charges are.

money credited from account but not reflecting in payzapp wallet

I tried to add money into my payzapp wallet and during that process the amount for rupees 1400 was credited twice from my bank account but not added in the wallet. I tried contacting customer care helpline number and mailed the payzapp support team many number of times but there was no reply from your side. I request you to please refund my amount of rupees 2800 immediately.

unauthorised transaction from my hdfc credit card for one assist membership fee

unethical behaviour

I received a hdfc dinerz credit card ten days back and to my shock they have activated the credit card protection policy without confirming with me.
Now i want to cancel the credit card protection policy to which customer care is continuously saying we can not cancel it.

I have bought a mobile 3 month ago samsung galaxy s7 edge in 49900..i have an offer of 10000 cashback ..the mobile store member told i will get those money within 90 days...but i have not got that money...the payment that i gave is from icici bank debit card...but there debit machine was HDFC bank...i have copy of that too...i can give you...plase help what should i do......

credit card request

I, shruti gupta, having hdfc customer id 63237193 had 1 credit card having number [*protected*].

I got that credit card first time and somehow, i missed my payment of rs.800 only. Mistakenly, i completely forgot that payment.
But when i got mail and realized after some month it got interest of 4000.
I paid all the amount with fine (Total 4000/-) for that mistake so that i can use hdfc credit facilities in future.br...

not able to access upi

When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch". When i click upi option before logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer
When i click the secret question nothing shows up. I could not not change the security question...
