I received my credit card bill statement on 4th sept-2017, below is the snap of my bill.

I wanted to foreclose my new car loan with hdfc after 20 months of regularly paying their emi.
Loan taken on 11.11.2015.

Today i. E 25.09.2017,
I approached hdfc loan division at indra nagar, bangalore to foreclose the loan they want to charge 5.9% prepayment charges on the outstanding principal of rs.2, 21, 786.66

The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- and auto debited 100/- smart emi fee from my credit card number ending with 3322 without my concern on date:20/09/2017 and 22/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299+100=1399/-

In kasavanahalli hdfc bank allways they make customers to wait for long time. Cuz only one person will be available at teller desk. So can you please allocate 2 persons in the teller desk in this branch.

Most of the time ppl visit branches only for cash deposit and withdrawal. So atleast for this there should be good service and bank should provide and value the customers time.

If this continues then no one...

I have an hdfc salary account and i am not using the account for last 1year, since i shifted my company. But now when i logged on netbanking it shows negative balance. And there was no notifaction from the bank about this.

Rupees 4000 deducted from my account but dispenced 2500 only, then i again use atm and widrow 1500 again for my requirement and request mini statent through that atm. Iam take policy in jun month hdfc people said u pay the policy amount by hdfc credit card nd u have a offer in 0% interest we convert the policy amount by emi.. Still today they didn't convert my emi.. And i call past 3month they didn't atten the call also.. I have transferred 20k from hdfc to corporation bank. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account.
Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently.

Pleae help me out as the amount is required by the beneficiary urgently.

I was asked to pay 9000 so the remaining outstanding shall be settled in emi but then after paying the customer care says no such options. I kept paying the collection agent around rs. 4000 for 4 months and still my outstanding keeps increasing. I want to settle my outstanding balance in emi. I don't want to pay any amount to an agent.
