Floods in thailand. Goibibo not refunding air tickets

Goibibo is the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. I booked my air tickets through goibobo from bangkok to krabi. The travel dates are 25 jan for bangkok to krabi and 30 jan for krabi to bangkok via Thai Smiles Airways. There is a flood in Thailand due to which we have to cancel our trip.

Waste my money with booked a hotel without electricity water heat and food

I booked hotel shiwalik regency shimla via goibibo ( booking id HTLTU6TMAF/2108216 )dated 6 jan2017 to 9 jan2017...For three days
but there was no electricity, power backup, bathing water, food heating in chilling temperature of shimla.
So i had to change this hotel and i buy another hotel room in emergency where everything was perfect

1 STAR rating for EAGLE BUS
RAJOT TO PUNE.

CONS. 1. It will surely always take more time than stated so the rest of the bus companies it take from 16-18 hrs from Rajkot to Pune it takes Eagle 23-24 + hrs.
2. They always pick up extra passages from undesignated stops.
3. Fill tons of cargo which takes them 1-2 hrs to unload and for the same take the longest route possible.
4. Staff is very sarcastic...

Duped me into taking up a bad hotel and made me pay double

I had a booking the details of which i have attached. The app showed me that the hotel cost 8.2 k for a night, against 3.4 k, which is the actual amount.
I understand that ibibo keeps commission but not to the extent of charging more than double the price.
I paid, and lured by the false images ibibo put up, took up a room. However, the room was tiny, dirty and there was nothing similar to the images and not the price i paid.br...

Cash back not yet credited in credit card account

I have booked a flight with an offer of getting Cashback of Rs. 1200 if I pay through HDFC credit card. It's been around 3 months now and the cashack has not been credited to my account which was meant to be credited within 45 days. Many times I have raised a ticket for the same but always the customer support ppl would say "please wait..It will take time". How much time Goibibo needs? Just tell clearly atleast if you are not going to give...

Hotel booking :money deducted for already sold room. no refund
