Hotel booking :money deducted for already sold room. no refund

I made the hotel booking.
My 12000 rs are deducted with confirm booking.
Now goibibo team had called us after 2 weeks of booking that the hotel we booked is not available.
Company is neither refunding the money nor responding to repeated call.

Unknown deduction from my bank account

There has been an unknown deduction from my bank account without information or any transaction. On 17 oct 2016, payuibibowebpvtltd deducted an amount of rs. 13, 352.69 from my hdfc bank saving account

I have not done any kind of transactions with their company or website. I'm concerned as to the reason why they have deducted money from my account. Please refund it as soon as possible.

Hotel room not available

I booked a hotel on Goibibo. When I called the hotel to confirm, to my shock, they said that the room is not available. I called Goibibo 3 times. Every time the same reply- We will solve the issue shortly. But till now after 2 days, there's no response.

Goibibo doesn't check on the hotels listed on their page. First they'll confirm the booking & then you'll get to know that it's unavailable. Moreover the worst customer care...

Cancellation amount refund

After around 2 weeks after cancellation I dint get the refund, so i complained for same. Cashback on domestic flights not done after 4 months
